We bought a car from Shawn about 3 years ago at Boch for my wife and were pleased with both Shawn and the overall experience. Shawn took care of all the little stuff that makes you feel he cares and understands your concerns. When it was time to get another car we were so happy to see him walking across the showroom towards us. Nothing had changed. He remembered us and made us feel so at home. His knowledge of the process and the car 2018 Camaro were great. He got right in the car and set up the Onstar, made sure I understood the controls and helped me with the radio too. He had away of making us feel almost like Friends. He seemed as happy to see us as we were to see him. The rest of the staff both service and finance were great as well. We had never been to Boch Chevrolet before and it went so well that our family, father in law,2018 impala, and brother 2019 malibou, and now my Camaro is 4 cars in 3 years. The last 3 were all because of that first time for my wife's car. Shawn was the start of all this and we think he is great. Little stuff like washing the car quickly when we came back for first sticker and stuff like that seems like regular stuff at Boch and really stands out. We will come back will continue to recamend both Boch and Shawn in the future.

Shawn Frazier worked tirelessly to find the truck I was looking for. I wanted a 2018 body style and I had a pretty specific list of items I wanted on the truck; and I wanted the truck brand new. This SUV was perfect for me. It handles well and I love the safety features of back-up camera and side blind spot warning system. The interior is comfortable and I love the adjustable seat. It not only can be moved backwards and forwards (making it easier for an older person to get in and out of the vehicle) but the height can also be adjusted making it easier to see.

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽‍♀️)

When I arrived at the dealership I noticed they were busy and did not know where to begin. I was greeted by Mark who gave us a realistic time frame to be seen, 45 minutes. The manager Dan checked in on us. Mark actually was the salesman to help us, it was worth the wait. He knew the Forester lineup and was able to ascertain which model would be the best for us. He listened to our concerns and why the Forester might be better for us than the RAV 4. With other customers staring at us waiting to be helped Mark never took his attention off us despite letting him know we would be buying before the winter. When it comes time after revisiting each of the dealers and choosing which car we will lease, we will give Mark the opportunity to earn our business.

Simply the best customer service experience I have ever had from any dealership in Massachusetts. Started off looking on line for a Subaru WRX STI. Found many in the area. Bourne's auto center was the best price so I put them on my list for my first stop in my test drive itinerary. Contacted them via email and got a quick response from Amy who was very professional with setting up a time and date for a test drive. Very nice lady. I had 2 other appointments that same day but Bourne was the best price hands down. Came in for my test drive and met with Victoria (Tori) Very kind ,professional and knowledgeable employee at Bourne's auto center. She greeted me with respect and wasn't pushy like other car dealerships. She had the car pulled up front for me to check out and drive. Which the drive was awesome as ppl who own Subaru know...... My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I love the comfort of this car and I love the outside design. However the inside design needs a little revamping. The compartment under the dash in the center console should be blocked off on both sides Things fall out of the side and onto the floor where your pedals are. Need a tiny bit more legroom for the backseat. But the strangest thing is and I've had this car since June of 2016 and we have not got it fixed yet all of a sudden for no reason the airbag light comes on it flashes for a day or half a day. The next day the airbag light is off and the passenger seat belt light flashes and the airbag sign that says off is not on. It's as if someone is sitting in the passenger front seat and are not putting their seatbelt on. It's been in the shop 6 times trying to figure out how to get that to stop and have not been able to do that yet. They will replace the cushion or something else and for about a month and a half to two months it would work and then it would start flashing again out of the blue. I called my ghost Jasper that sits in that seat and doesn't use a seatbelt.

I recently bought a Tucson Ultimate edition and was treated very well by sale person named Mike. He was very professional,helpful and considerate throughout my buying experience. He treated me as if I was a friend which is very unusual. I didn't feel pressured at anytime throughout the buying process. He has even continued to take time to help me the following days to get it in to ensure it got the latest ecu updates. I stopped in today because my heat not working properly and he came out to look at it for me even though it was a Sunday and service department was closed. I have been doing business with this dealership now for 3 years and never in the 3 years have they failed to deliver to me, (the customer) the very best professional sales and service. Three years ago, when my family and I moved from Mobil, AL. to this area I needed service on my Sonata Hybrid. I found that they were the closest dealership to us so I took it in for service. I was pretty skeptical on the service I was going to receive being this service was to be a warranty issue. I was ready for a fight with the service department, (I have had problems with other service departments with other vehicles in the past) and lo and behold the service adviser was the most accommodating person I've ever dealt with. She was knowledgeable on the Hyundai product model (other than a work order writer only) and even offered me a loaner vehicle if they had to keep the car! WOW, Knocked me over, was not expecting that! My relationship with this dealership grew in the months ahead and one day I was talking to the service manager, Billy D., which is very well versed on all the aspects of this product along with one of the nicest person you will ever talk to, business or pleasure and he informed me that they had end of the year special deals on new cars, lease or purchase. I got a GREAT deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo, had it for 3 years and never had a lick of problems other than the normal things that came up from time to time, they always corrected the issues and offered me a loner when it was kept overnight. When I turned in my Sonata after 3 years I picked and got a great deal on a Genesis AWD with the Ultimate Package. My sales person, Derek T. did a outstanding job on taking care of all the small details of delivering this vehicle , along with being fully knowledgeable on all the functional/operations of the various options on the car. It has a lot of options on the car. I hate buying cars, it's like having your fingernails pulled off ! But, Got to say "That Was Easy" no fuss or muss. The sales & F&I manager, Anthony and Rodney as always were very easy to deal with, (very transparent). I have had the pleasure in meeting one of the owners of this auto group, Joe Ruggiero Jr. and have gotten to know him fairly well on the business side, he is a very approachable person, if you didn't know who he was you would think he was a customer or another person that was a sales manager, Joe never brushes you off to a sales or service manager if you need to talk to someone with more authority in order to resolve a issue in sales or service, he is there to help. He's a nice guy & will do whatever he can for you to try to resolve any kind of concern you as the customer may have. This family has built the business on honestly, integrity and repeat business and certainly have my families business. So I would have to honestly say within the last 3 years dealing with these people at First Hyundai in North Attleboro, MA. if you are looking for a good deal and great service on a new or used vehicle and no hassle with service of your vehicle, then this is the place to take it whether it is a Hyundai or another make. Very highly recommended.

While I didn't buy a car from them (I live in PA, 365 miles away) I found their website extremely informative. I am researching Subarus and the amount of information Plant Subaru provides on its site is absolutely amazing. I learned a great deal that helped me decide which model I wanted (Forester). I walked into Courtesy Mitsubishi on a Saturday morning and was greeted right away, by Tony Machado. I told him I was just looking to sit in a 2017 Mirage, " to see if I hate it.". He took me right to one, gave me time to peek and poke at the one in the showroom, then offered me a test drive. He quickly located one with the equipment I was asking about and navigated us on a ride that included back roads and highway. Back at the dealership Tony took his time answering my questions and we tortured the manager a bit, as it was the last day of the month. Tony made the whole process painless. Now, usually this is where these stories go really sideways, with the business manager,F&I guy. Nope. Not this time. Tim turned out to be a good guy too. 0.0% for 48 months and no games with the paperwork. I've had the car a week now, they got it registered and inspected for me. When I went back for my registration and sticker I met three more friendly faces in the service department. This place is clearly the twilight zone of the car business and nothing goes as badly as you have come to expect from the car business! Just buy a car here, from Tony.

I've owned this car for two years and no issues. Cabin is quiet and roomy. The ultimate has tons of buttons for those that like to push things. Heated/ventilated front seats on bottom cushion and back cushion. Heated rear seats. Pull up window visors in rear windows to keep sun out. Full length sun roof with retractable electric cover. Adaptive cruise control is wonderful on long trips. Heating steering wheel. To many options to list that you would only find on a 60,000 dollar BMW or Lexus. Only change I would recommend is OEM touring tire instead of performance tires. This car is more luxury than performance in my opinion and the touring tires I replaced with OEM tires provide a much smoother ride and better traction. This car in turbo should have AWD. I have a front wheel drive and I can easily spin the tires so plenty of power to spare.

I had a really outstanding experience with Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough. I live in NH and had been thinking about getting a new car recently to replace my 2008 Eos Lux. I didn't realize they didn't make the Eos anymore, so then I started thinking about a beetle convertible and I came across the Beetle Denim that was just released recently. I only buy white cars and I love convertibles so it seemed like a good fit. I did an Internet search and ended up on truecar.com, and from there I chose the car I wanted, and from there it led me to Colonial Volkswagen of Westborough. Truecar also gave me the best price for the car with no haggling. Rebecca Cunningham from Colonial Volkswagen contacted me via email immediately after I submitted my inquiry and asked for my VIN and pictures of my Eos, gave me a ballpark price for a trade, I then scheduled a test drive. We decided to go Monday at 7PM. As soon as we got there Pierre Saliba was waiting for us so that we could test drive the car. He pulled the car up, put the top down, took a copy of my license, and we then got in and went for a test drive in the area. Pierre was a very nice guy and very easy to work with. He was very knowlegable about Volkswagens and he knew the area very well. When our test drive was over we went back to the dealer and gave them my Eos key so that they could appraise my car for a possible trade. That took maybe 10 minutes for them to come back with a price. I knew the value of my car and the bottom price that I wanted for my car for a trade, and I didn't want to go below that because I knew I could sell it relatively quick. After a few times times going back-and-forth and meeting with a manager, Eric Hofer, we agreed to a trade price, and the price for the new car, and after thinking about it a few minutes I decided to make the deal. The Truecar price didn't include any of the extra options the car had, so those did have to be added to the online quote, but Truecar also gives a discount on the options if you add them to the quote. That was the price I paid and no haggling was needed because it was a very good price. After speaking with finance (Kathryn Gear-very nice) and getting all the paperwork done we were out of there by 8:45 PM. Since I live in NH, they had to drive the car to me and meet me at my Townhall to register the car. They did this on Wednesday afternoon. Tuesday they had to detail the car and also put on the Simoniz Glasscoat that I had purchased. One of their car runners, BilI Thomas, brought the car to my townhall on Wednesday afternoon at noon, he went in with me to do all the paperwork, and exchanged the car license plates. I then asked him if he could take a couple pictures of me with my old car and my new car. He took several. Bill was a very friendly and very nice guy. I then drove the car home and I called Pierre and he asked me to call him after I got out of work and when I was in my car so he could go over some of the features. Around 4:30 I called Pierre and he also went in a Beetle and he went over a lot of the features in my car. It was very helpful! He then told me I could call him anytime I have any questions about my car. Such a nice guy! My husband came home a couple hours later and noticed a ding on one of the fender sides -my heart sank! I sent Pierre a picture of the ding and he called me right away and said they would fix it and not to worry. They sent someone to fix it this week and now it's back to new! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their employees. I highly recommend!

All my cars have been purchased at manufacturer showroom in the past 18 years. Trade in my used car then drive away with the new car - same process different dealerships but all the same: no hassle straight forward although sometimes i felt the salesman was a little eager to sell me the car. Found the car I???ve been looking at Foley Motorsports; some 120+ miles away in another State from where i am, naturally many questions & concerns popped into my mind. I was very hesitate to contact Foley Motorsports. I sent a request form on Foley???s website listed my questions and concerns thinking i???ll be met by pushing salesman. Within an hour i got a pleasant reply from Greg addressed most of my questions & concerns right there. I sent my request after Foley???s business hour so the fast and friendly reply was surely appreciated and put my mind at ease. Had a phone call with Greg the next day and he promptly answered all my questions regarding trade in and out of state car purchase. Feeling comfortable and assured I made an appointment with Greg for that weekend (It was a Wednesday). In between i also spoke with JD to arrange financing over the phone. During my visit to Foley i met with Greg, JD and Gino. A bunch of very friendly and helpful folks! No pushy sales pitch or ???ready for paperwork??? type of non-sense. I told Greg to have the car prep and deliver it to NY (my home state) initially but i decided to take delivery right then and there instead. Gino, Greg and JD were very accommodating, paperworks were promptly done and within the hour everything was done! Ready to hit the road in my new car! Within a week after purchasing Foley registered my car in NY for me, save me a trip to DMV! After purchase follow up emails & calls to make sure i don???t have any questions or issues were greatly appreciated. My first out of state car purchase from Foley Motorsports turned out to be a very pleasant experience for sure. No different than buying from a manufacturer dealership, but better. I will surely contact Foley Motorsports in the future. Thanks Foley Motorsports!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.
