First of all, let me preface this by saying that I have been involved in many car purchases at dealerships, and have had negative, extremely negative, and down right scary bad experiences. So when I started shopping for a relatively hard to find car, 2018 Camaro ZL1, I ended up at Gateway Chevrolet in Avondale, AZ after seeing the car online. I arrived at the dealership, and my anxiety level was high and I was prepared to battle. I was greeted by a very nice "no pressure" sales associate (Alfonzo) who helped me work the numbers. I kept wondering when the Bull@^%$ was gonna start....it didn't. In fact Alfonzo brought out the General manager(Howard) to meet us. WHAT A GOOD GUY! Honest and a straight shooter. Howard went way beyond to accommodate me on my deal and made sure that I was 100% satisfied when we had a couple of particulars to deal with. For the first time EVER! I felt GOOD about my experience at a dealership. How refreshing.

I've owned this car for two years and no issues. Cabin is quiet and roomy. The ultimate has tons of buttons for those that like to push things. Heated/ventilated front seats on bottom cushion and back cushion. Heated rear seats. Pull up window visors in rear windows to keep sun out. Full length sun roof with retractable electric cover. Adaptive cruise control is wonderful on long trips. Heating steering wheel. To many options to list that you would only find on a 60,000 dollar BMW or Lexus. Only change I would recommend is OEM touring tire instead of performance tires. This car is more luxury than performance in my opinion and the touring tires I replaced with OEM tires provide a much smoother ride and better traction. This car in turbo should have AWD. I have a front wheel drive and I can easily spin the tires so plenty of power to spare.

My wife and I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 11 years and this year it turned 186000 miles. Easily the best car we have ever owned. And we would buy a Hyundai again but we wanted a truck to replace "old reliable." So we did our research and knew what we wanted a truck with as much reliability as our old Hyundai. I wanted a Dodge 1500 crew cab for the ruggedness and reliability and my wife was Intested in the Toyota Tacoma for the reliability and the drivability. And we know we clould not afford a brand new truck. So after a week of truck shopping and disappointment. We were driving past the Hyundai dealership and I saw a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in our price range. So we stopped in to check it out. When my wife and I pulled up we made a bet to see how long to would take for a salesmen to acknowledge us... we were both wrong, Chris welcomed us with amazing finesse and professionalism. We explained to him our price range and wants and needs. He said he had the perfect truck for us. So we followed him out to the lot and he shows us a Nissan Frontier crew cab SV. At first I was frustrated because it was not the Dodge. But after test driving them both my wife and I realize that Chris had our best interest in mind. The Nissan was more reliable then the Dodge and my wife was more confident driving the Nissan. So now we own an a great truck and are so happy. Hyundai is an amazing brand, Earnhardt Hyundai has an incredible staff and Chris is the best of the best. Please do yourself a favor and stop by, no matter what type of vehicle your looking for. You just might be surprised.

Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽‍♀️)

This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.

Came in to this dealership today with my wife to purchase a car, having the intentions on buying something very affordable with low miles. As we pulled up, we were approached by a salesman named Vince. He was very friendly and straight to the point. At first we were looking at some of the used cars in the front of the lot, most of the cars had a lot of miles but it was to be expected in a used car. Vince was extremely knowledgeable with his car information for each car we wanted to look at which was awesome! As the day continued, me and my wife both got hungry as it was around lunch time. Knowing most people just say that to leave the dealership, Vince could tell we were genuinely hungry, I hope. Haha! So we did leave the dealership to go to Panda Express, which Vince did recommend for us. After filling up on some great food, we were ready to buy a car! After we returned to the lot, we went straight to the NEW cars to have a look. Looking at the 2018 Hyundai Elantras and Sonatas. Once again, Vince being extremely knowledgeable as he is... he was able to explain the difference between not 2, nor 3, but several different cars. Showing us the difference between the value and the limited editions from the bottom of the car (rims) to the top of the car(sun roof). I definitely did not want hub caps for rims so he stayed stray away from those cars which was great. Vince definitely heard us and took in everything we wanted in a car and SOLD us on a brand new car. After picking out the car of choice, we chose a champagne beige color for our new car at first. After several minutes of sitting at Vince's office area we decided we wanted a silver one instead which was a simple quick change. Vince definitely made us feel at home as he offered us water and snacks throughout our visit. The credit process was a little long but it was too be expected again for a new car. Vince definitely has jokes, he again will make you at home and bring a smile to your face. After signing all the paper work they pulled the car into the A/C garage, where I'll be driving away. The car was clean as it was brand new but could have been a little better wiped down knowing it was sitting in the lot but I won't let that ruin this review as Vince basically took it upon himself to wipe down the car again after the cleaning guys didn't do it fully. I was very picky as I just made a huge investment in this car, but Vince was very patient with me and met all my standards! He then showed me the inside of the car and how everything works. Let's just say, I was able to sync our garage door opener to the car with Vince's help at the dealership. Thank you again Rodeo Hyundai for providing us with a superior salesman Vince and a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Vince is a keeper! Take care!

I love the comfort of this car and I love the outside design. However the inside design needs a little revamping. The compartment under the dash in the center console should be blocked off on both sides Things fall out of the side and onto the floor where your pedals are. Need a tiny bit more legroom for the backseat. But the strangest thing is and I've had this car since June of 2016 and we have not got it fixed yet all of a sudden for no reason the airbag light comes on it flashes for a day or half a day. The next day the airbag light is off and the passenger seat belt light flashes and the airbag sign that says off is not on. It's as if someone is sitting in the passenger front seat and are not putting their seatbelt on. It's been in the shop 6 times trying to figure out how to get that to stop and have not been able to do that yet. They will replace the cushion or something else and for about a month and a half to two months it would work and then it would start flashing again out of the blue. I called my ghost Jasper that sits in that seat and doesn't use a seatbelt.

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

The A/C started blowing hot air, which is not good in Phoenix when it's 105, one phone call to service and quick trip to the dealership and David took it from there. He got the vehicle in and the Technician quickly had it fixed. The Service Drive Staff was very Polite and Professional throughout the whole experience.

At no time did I ever feel like they wanted to take advantage of us. In fact, I always felt like they were trying to provide us with the best possible vehicle at the best possible price. When you first pull onto the lot, you think, "wow this place seems kinda low-rent". But after interacting with the team, you quickly learn they are really dedicated to your satisfaction. We came here looking for a low-priced car for our son. Our sales rep was very patient with us as we drove car after car. More importantly, he listened to us as we described what kind of driving he would be doing and he made recommendations that made sense for our needs. We ended up buying an Infinity QX4. Before they would allow us to buy it, they insisted on replacing the windshield and battery for us (at their cost). Our paid-for inspection found a couple other things we wanted fixed before taking delivery. They applied the money we paid for the inspection to those minor repairs. One issue was a burnt headlamp. But the problem was not just a burnt bulb (we paid for) it was a bigger issue (igniter, which the dealership paid for). Our son lives in Virgina. After taking possession, I drove the car 2200 miles and delivered the car to him. It drove like a champ. We encountered no issues with the drive. All in all it was an excellent purchase experience and we would definitely come back here for future used car needs. As a side note, they also buy/sell exotic vehicles. I was drooling over some of the sports cars they have ready to drive off the lot. Our sales rep was Ryan. Ask for him. He will take care of you.

This SUV was perfect for me. It handles well and I love the safety features of back-up camera and side blind spot warning system. The interior is comfortable and I love the adjustable seat. It not only can be moved backwards and forwards (making it easier for an older person to get in and out of the vehicle) but the height can also be adjusted making it easier to see.
