This car is much better than my CR-V. It has more interior room and more room behind the back seat. The performance is better than the CR-V and the mileage is a lot better around town and on the highway.
Great place to buy a car as a 1st time buyer was a little nervous but a car but they made the process easy from getting me approved to the insurance!! Love my new car much need as we have a baby on the way . Thank you carsbuck for my new truck ¿¿¿
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
JUST BOUGHT A 2017 JEEP FROM AUTO CITY THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD GET AT LEAST 10 STARS BUT THEY ONLY ALLOW 5 ANY WAY I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.I SAW THE CAR ONLINE I CALLED I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND ON ARRIVAL I WAS ASSIGNED A SALES PERSON WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE CAR.
THEN 45 MINUTES LATER I WAS DRIVING MY NEW SUV.
I AM SHOWING OFF MY NEW PURCHASE BECAUSE I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY SUV AND WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED I WILL SEND EVERY ONE I KNOW TO AUTO CITY BECAUSE THEY ARE AS REAL AS IT GETS NO GAMES LIKE OTHER DEALERS DONT WANT TO MENTION NAMES BUT THEY KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.
THEY CARRY ALMOST EVERY MAKE AND THE CARS ARE REALLY IN A GOOD CONDITION.

On Saturday 11/17/18 I had the one the best salesman I have ever met. Erizardo was very professional and patient with me during my first car purchase. I had the pleasure of test driving cars while he explained the luxuries that came along. He handled my new lease sale and accommodated me to the full extent. He was also very informative and had excellent customer service. Although I was feeling overwhelmed over my insurance he reassured me things would work fine out and he made it happen. Thanks to this dealership my experience was over all great and a pleasant one. Mykael was also great with the valuable information. Great job!!!

I love the comfort of this car and I love the outside design. However the inside design needs a little revamping. The compartment under the dash in the center console should be blocked off on both sides Things fall out of the side and onto the floor where your pedals are. Need a tiny bit more legroom for the backseat. But the strangest thing is and I've had this car since June of 2016 and we have not got it fixed yet all of a sudden for no reason the airbag light comes on it flashes for a day or half a day. The next day the airbag light is off and the passenger seat belt light flashes and the airbag sign that says off is not on. It's as if someone is sitting in the passenger front seat and are not putting their seatbelt on. It's been in the shop 6 times trying to figure out how to get that to stop and have not been able to do that yet. They will replace the cushion or something else and for about a month and a half to two months it would work and then it would start flashing again out of the blue. I called my ghost Jasper that sits in that seat and doesn't use a seatbelt.
Dioris made my purchase of a 2018 Hyundai Sonata very seamless. Him and the dealership staff treated me professionally as every dealership should. They made me fresh coffee, kept me updated frequently so I???m not wondering how long until the next steps are complete, More importantly they took out all the cards they could to make sure I left happily in my new car! 5 stars all the thanks guys.

Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.
This is the second time with this dealer. First a lease and now finance. I can???t say enough about the excellent service. I had a great experience and recommend you highly.

Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽♀️)
I had the most amazing experience here at south shore hyundai....Jonathan brailey and Felcica are the best thank you so much ...i appreciate all your hard work....your the best.... got even everything done in 1hr and a half.

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details.
