Went to this Kia to get three recalls done on my van. Most of the people were pretty kind for the most part. The first day I went to get the recalls done, my appointment was at 9:30am and they said my vehicle would be ready by 2:30-3. Prior to them taking my vehicle, I asked since the control arms would be replaced, would I also be receiving an alignment, since at that point my alignment on my vehicle was fine. My service advisor Katie, stated yes. I never received a phone call so I called them. They said it would be a little bit longer because "he's banging with a mallet because he's having trouble taking off the part." Again I called a few hours later after not hearing anything, they stated my vehicle wasn't ready and would need to stay overnight and would be ready by 10:30am. I said okay that's fine. Next day, I again, never received a phone call and called myself around 10 and the work still was not completed. Katie stated if it wasn't done by today they would look into getting me a loaner car. Around 1, I called again and my vehicle was done. I went to pick up my vehicle. They did not tell me I would need a second appointment to install the door latches. They also never aligned it. So, I called again to schedule another appointment due to it not being aligned, and asked if I also needed to make an appointment for the door latches since no one had mentioned anything about it. They had simply said I was "good to go." Went to my next appointment two days later, dropped off the car at 12:30 they stated it would be ready in an hour and call me. I got there at 2:30 after never receiving a call, and the service technician didn't know I was behind him. When asked if he finished on the van, he stated "I haven't started on that xxxx yet." So again, I am asked to wait until 3:30 and they will call me when it's done. I again, never received a phone call and just showed up close to 4:30. The work on the door latches was completed however the main reason for the appointment (for the alignment) was not completed, but they stated my vehicle was "done and ready to go." After I left I then called to speak with a manager, my first call was ignored and they let the phone ring for almost two minutes. I called back and requested not to be transferred but to be put on directly with a supervisor or manager. The manager, Joe, stated that they are not required to do alignments on the recalls they did. When I explained it's a control arm and suspension work requires an alignment. He stated yes but the recall doesn't include an alignment and then stated he would actually like to drive the vehicle himself at a third appointment. Had I not been told after I asked on the very first day I would be getting an alignment I would have been fine, however they told me not once but FOUR times that they would be giving my vehicle an alignment and it was never done. I'm taking it back today to see if they will give the van an alignment but after all of the xxxx we've gone through I'd rather go somewhere else. Also, according to Kia customer service and the manager, the recall states they are not required to do alignments after replacing the control arms (major suspension work), this would be at the discretion of the dealer. Edit: After the service manager Joe learned about my experience he did his best to correct the situation even though I was just given incorrect information by a member of the staff. I was given an alignment and due to having to make so many appointments and the experiences he also mounted and balanced our new tires for free. During our time there, they kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable, not one but about six people asked us if we were okay or needed anything while we were there. Joe also test drove it before and after and test drove it with my husband as well. Overall, I will likely return to this dealership for any future needs.

Second most reliable car

This car meets our expectations. Plenty of room heading and leg room. Our first reliable car was a Hyundai XG 350. Had it for 10 years. You need to buy a Hyundai
Charles was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. No only did he explain and walk me through everything to me and answer all of my many questions, but he stayed with me throughout the entire process (from 9am to 8pm). I came in for service on my 2014 Optima but left with a 2018 Sorento. He said to me "once a customer, now a lifetime friend". He did indeed treat me as such. Even when I felt skeptical, reassured me of all the details and never made me feel pressured. I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me this 2018 Sorento. Thank you for everything Charles (and Alvin and Vernon)!

High 2.4lt sport Power style comfort good looks good condition spacious great value for hundai santa fe sport big tires good handling good music system
This is the perfect SUV. Plenty of room. Great power and performance. Stylish and beautifully equipped. Fuel efficient and a real pleasure to drive. I researched al the models and this was the one that hit all the right buttons.
So far, I've only had it for 3 weeks, the only thing I would change would be the alarm set sound, it sounds anemic, like what you would expect from a little old cat, not a mid size SUV.
The Wife's 2007 Toyota Highlander Sport turned over 1006,000 miles and was still going strong. Since we've had it we have put tires as necessary on it, replace the battery, timing belt, water pump and alternator. We have driven all over the United States. We have defiantly enjoyed this car. My Wife has always been a Toyota fan since we first owned a Tercel in the 80's. After many miles, I had restored, painted and gave to my Son for College in Fl. The secret to Toyota's longevity is preventative maintenance. We kept up on all the recommended maintenance by the Dealers. I decided after 30 years of her driving demos it was time for her to enjoy luxury, so I surprised her with a new one. I went to Casey Toyoto, in Williamsburg, one for a Toyota, two the Warranty and their excellent service package. I was greeted but Mr. Badrara Sow on the lot. What a pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful man he was. He did not try to pressure me, but work diligently with me to find the perfect car for her. Even though the color was right, the style was not. We returned and she and Mr Sow found the one she loves. Everyone we dealt with from Mr. Sow, the Salesman, Mr. David Lowery, who explained all the ends and outs of all the technical operational parts inside, Mr. Mark Turner, the financial presentative, were beyond reproach. We felt that we were the most important person to them. The General Sales Manager, Mark Shebelski, even came out and introduced himself to us. The entire staff from the outside lot ,front door receptionist (sorry, I didn't get name), and all business personnel we were in contact were professionals. I would highly recommend all these people mentioned to anyone visiting this Dealership. I might add their lounge, lobby and especially the rest room were emaculate. Last, but not least, their prices are competitive. We drove away happy in our new car.

I've owned this car for two years and no issues. Cabin is quiet and roomy. The ultimate has tons of buttons for those that like to push things. Heated/ventilated front seats on bottom cushion and back cushion. Heated rear seats. Pull up window visors in rear windows to keep sun out. Full length sun roof with retractable electric cover. Adaptive cruise control is wonderful on long trips. Heating steering wheel. To many options to list that you would only find on a 60,000 dollar BMW or Lexus. Only change I would recommend is OEM touring tire instead of performance tires. This car is more luxury than performance in my opinion and the touring tires I replaced with OEM tires provide a much smoother ride and better traction. This car in turbo should have AWD. I have a front wheel drive and I can easily spin the tires so plenty of power to spare.
Outstanding quality Dealership and Team of associates. Made my car buying experience truly remarkable. I have to say, Trey Leggett was a big part of my wowed experience. This young man addressed every question and concern I had. He was most respectful and willing to go above and beyond to help me make the right choice for the vehicle that would be everything I needed and wanted, without that " car sales man" pressure that I've experience in the past. He truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Trey, if you want to experience truly remarkable service.

Very good fuel mileage and comfortable. Much nicer car than the Ford escape it replaced and more reliable. Interior is so much better than the escape!!
Tuesday 10/4/16 driving down the road and heard a noise, thinking it was a vehicle around me, then the car was no longer around me and my car was still "singing". Thank goodness I was on Jefferson Ave in front of Casey Chevrolet! This is where I also purchased my vehicle! I pulled straight into the service bay and Jeff was there (my regular man Richard was having lunch) as I got out of the car Jeff said "don't look so stressed". I said that it didn't sound good and he said no it doesn't but we will take care of it for you! Signed my car in picked up a loaner and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!!! Yes 15 minutes!! I received a call the next day with the results (thank goodness for warranty). I picked my vehicle up no cost (warranty, warranty). Dropped off the loaner and out the door I went. Thank goodness for caring folks to look out for their customers. I will recommend them if asked for a reliable service team for a vehicle. THANK YOU JEFF and service techs for taking care of my baby.

This is the best SUV my family has owned and have used when going on Road Trips. This SUV has a lot of room in the back seats while still having all the room for your luggage. The luggage is accessible from the back seats. The entertained system is great as well. The SUV also has great suspension and power ready to use.
Overall great SUV for the price. Love the extra leg room, and the reclining rear seats. Lots of storage in the cargo space. Love that the backs of the front seats are hard plastic so that if the kids put their feet on the seats, you can easily wipe them down. Very kid friendly doors. Love the feature that stops the windows from closing when something is in their way (my kids arms 🤦🏽♀️)
Always friendly, always fast service. I took my car in on the spur of the moment. My car was in and out in a flash. Everyone who saw me sitting in the waiting area greeted me.

Incredible powerful and beautiful!
It has a unique design, elegant, a well created brand.
I never knew about The Hyundai and the entire brand is fantastic.
I am so happy with my Santa Fe Sport-best SUV I have ever driven.
Have had my car serviced here every 5,000 miles since I bought it here in 2009. I recently hit the 210,000 mark and as always, received excellent customer service when I came in for the oil change. Shawn was prompt, polite, answered all of my questions, and I left - as always - feeling treated very well. Nothing matters more to me than knowing that I am treated fairly, and that always happens at Casey Toyota. A special thanks to Shawn for continuing to make that happen. I'll keep coming back!

This car is much better than my CR-V. It has more interior room and more room behind the back seat. The performance is better than the CR-V and the mileage is a lot better around town and on the highway.
We were greeted by Mark upon our arrival and he showed us exactly what we were looking for. During the test drive he was able to give information about the vehicle and if he didn???t know the answer to our questions he said he would find out. We never expected to buy a car that day, but their pricing and the offer in my trade was too good to pass up. I love my 2018 Prius!

Colette Stevens WOW! Words cannot express how wonderful she is along with her team. She always greets you with a smile & makes sure that my vehicle is serviced on time or even ahead of schedule. She makes you feel as if you are her priority. She is very knowledgeable about my vehicle & answers all my questions. Great team player and a GREAT asset to your service department. My husband is a do it yorself kinda guy, but never once has he said no to any thing Colette has told him our car needed nor has he questioned her & that alone is would be a reason to give her 5 stars. But as you can see it's so much more. I'd give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you for hiring her. She's a keeper 😄

Engine died at 49,000 miles

I bought my 2016 used when it was two years old and had 35,000 miles on it. At 49,000 miles the engine died and needed to be replaced. I was lucky that I did not go over the 50,000 mile mark, because then I would not have qualified for a free replacement since I was the second owner. The new engine is doing well, but this is still a cautionary tale. Also, I had t get one headlamp replaced about five times before it worked properly, and that was expensive.

I took my 2007 Kia Sorento in to Katie for service and while I was waiting I started looking at some new ones. Badara asked me if I would like to test drive one of the new Sorentos and I told him not really, I was just looking but I really wanted to go smaller as it was a little larger than I wanted now. We went to look at the Sportage and I fell in love. I really didn't want to get a new vehicle yet because mine only had 50,000 miles on it but he talked me into a test drive. while they were working on mine. I really loved it then.. I found out mine was going to cost almost as much as the trade-in to fix so Badara started wheeling & dealing & got the payments I wanted on the new vehicle and I left with a brand new Sportage. Thanks Badara, for someone not looking for a new car, you really got me what I wanted & "needed". :) You're the BEST!! Roberto, the manager, also asked me a few times if he could help me in any way and gave me a couple of Casey mugs just for having to wait a while to get things completed. James Regan got me great financing with the bank I wanted also. It was a great day at Casey Kia !!

Only had this car a couple of days but we love it. Very comfortable and a pleasure to drive. For the price it was a great investment
Bought a 2000 Outback limited New and at 311,000 had to put the old girl out to pasture. When looking for a car for my daughter to me it was an obvious choice to get her an Outback or a Forester. We couldn't find any examples in her budget that were not Well Used with lots of miles. We got the Santa Fe Sport that with the preferred option package. It was quite a bit less $$$ than a base model Subaru. This is a very solid SUV. Great Factory warranty. Very comfortable I'm 6'4 280 lbs. Room for a bunch of stuff. Ours gets pretty good mpg around 27. and it looks good. Looking for an Elantra GT or Kodus for the other daughter.
exactly what the wife was looking for, a great looking SUV that practically drives itself! Has all the bells and whistles we were looking for in an SUV
This car met all of my needs in a full-size SUV. Very dependable with a comfortable ride. It’s been a great car for our family. I would definitely buy another!
