Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai.
We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive.
Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal.
I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver.
Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came.

We dealt with T.j. for the majority of the process of our car purchase. We came in wanting a used altima and found a great selection. Had everything from older ones to newer ones no options to full of options. Ran payments on a few cars. got me a much lower interest rate than other places. He seemed to really care about not only me but my family! I look forward to buying mulitple cars from him!

I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
We truly appreciate Dominick understanding our situation and making himself available to us to pick up our car on Thanksgiving Eve. Our original salesperson, Brandon was off on the day we wanted to pick up our daughters car, but they arranged for Dominick to fill-in and we are very happy with our purchase and experience... and believe you me, there were some bumps in the road this evening, but Dominick displayed professionalism and patience throughout the entire process. We are happy with our purchased and my daughter is happy with all of the safety features of her new car. We would like to thank the manager Fernando for helping to make this deal happen.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!
Everything and everyone at this dealership was awesome, I never felt like I was being pressured or forced to make a decision. They were very patient with me, and even when I got back to the finance department there were no tricks up their sleeve???s or hidden costs, perfect car buying experience definitely going to be my first stop next time I need a vehicle

Purchase experience was excellent.
The Tahoe I purchased needed a new windshield. When it was installed the tech left the interior dirty, shards of plastic as well as adhesive. He also managed to scratch the handle above the passenger door. I would not recommend the collision center.
I absolutely love the way this dealership and my personal salesman dealt with me. With my less than perfect credit and little down payment, available, they were able to get me into a car that I LOVE! They don't work for commission, so the pressure to sell me something high priced and not what I really want was immediately missing from our dealings. The salesman listened to me and allowed me to choose the vehicle I wanted. My afternoon felt more like spending the day with an old friend than it did a business transaction. They even gave me a dozen roses when I left! I'd probably still be married if my husband had treated me as well as I was treated at Royal Kia, lol. I would and have been recommending them to everyone. I LOVE my KIA! Thank you Royal Kia and Everett for restoring my faith in honest car sales!!! You all ROCK!
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.

We walked into Escondido Hyundai "just looking", and walked out with a brand new Tucson, thanks much to the help of Brandon. He was friendly, helpful, amusing(!) and an all around great salesperson. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Escondido Hyundai, and we will definitely return for a third when the time comes!
Bought a used car from Winn Kia. Great experience. Very straight forward approach to cost, super follow up on questions. They got me in-out in 90 minutes! Abe and Michael were thorough, professional and honest. I look forward to buying my next car here. Can't recommend them more highly.
