Car started running super rough out of the blue.... Had it towed to Burnsville Mazda and they were able to fix it for me quickly. They recommended spark plugs too, but I had just done those a year ago, so they said it was fine they didn't replace those with the ignition coil.
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
I brought my car to the dealership after having some troubles with the car starting. I scheduled an appointment online with no problems and within 2 days of the problem. I was very nervous to bring the car in as I???ve never had a car under warranty. Jamie greeted me with with a smile and a very reassuring tone as I???m sure he could tell I was nervous. I was sent to lounge and only waited about 1.5 hours. Jamie came in and told me exactly what was done, what he would recommend gets done soon, along with estimates. My car was washed, vacuumed and heated up once I got back into it. While being reassured everything was covered by warranty, Jamie informed me there was a small problem with their system and that he couldn???t print anything at the moment. Jamie was quick to send me the printed documents to my email as well as sending it to my address. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with my trip and I feel like I will forever be a Hyundai driver. Give Jamie a raise, he deserves it!
I was going to give 1 star because My first experience with Luther Bloomington was terrible. But i met dave boogren who worked very professionally and really cared customers. Working with him was very pleasant, and i felt very respectful. I wish i met Dave Boogren first so that i did not have to go through the terrible service from Austin

Very considerate and professional service technician, evaluated snow tire rotation, and provided updates via text which is WAY better than the phone calls. Whomever implemented the text notifications gets a gold star. During the battery replacement, it would be great if you could figure out a way to not clear the settings and pre-sets on the radio.
I went in to test drive a Rav 4 and ended up purchasing one the same day. Neng Lee and the staff were great to work with. Neng was patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall Neng provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. I would recommend Neng and Inver Grove Toyota to others.
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.
This was my first time at a Walser Hyundai, so was unsure of what to expect walking in. Tyson Jeffers was my customer sales rep and he was literally with me from the very beginning (greeted me at the entrance) to the end of the process. Tyson was very accommodating and patient with my requests to test drive multiple cars and answered all of my questions and concerns... never once pressuring me to make a purchase. Tyson was very pleasant to work with and in the end, he helped me "create" the perfect car for me!
I took my older brother with me car shopping since he loves to haggle, ( which he attempted to do) We were introduced to Tyson when we got there and from then on Tyson made the entire process very enjoyable. Tyson is very knowledgeable, and went out of his way explaining everything about each car we looked at and those we test drove. He was also very patient with me, and showed me how to set everything up using my iphone. I would highly recommend this young man, since he was able to make what could have been an awful experience into something that I enjoyed. He also went through the process of finance and allowed me to check with my credit union at the same time. I give this young man 5 stars since he sold me the perfect car which I love!! I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. I was looking at leasing a car and Chase was very helping in making the process easy. I got the car I was looking for. Chase helped my wife and I in getting the Sante Fe. The whole overall experience was excellet. Thanks to Chase and the Hyundai dealership.
Very professional, respectful, consultative/not pushy, don't need to be a negotiator to get a good/fair deal. It was an enjoyable experience and a dealer I am recommending to my friends.
