So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
I purchased a pre-owned car from Wondries Ford last year, and have been using their maintenance services on a regular basis. Admittedly, I had reservations getting my car serviced at the dealer due to prior experience with a different make and dealer. I've had a great experience with Wondries Ford service department! They are reasonably priced, know their vehicles, provide awesome customer service, and send email reminders. This makes keeping my car maintained stress free! I have a bit of a commute to work, and it is critical my car is taken care of!

The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. Low pressure sales and very helpful in descibing features of the product. Oscar even went out of his way to retrieve an item I had left in my old car after trade in that was sentimental in value. Frank Yu was easy to work with and made my car buying experience simple and easy. He didn???t sell me anything more than what I wanted for my Hyundai Kona. I did all my research online and he gave me the best value for what I was looking for. When I went to pick up the car, it was Frank???s day off, but Ken Beardsley was available to assist. The process was relatively simple since everything was already agreed upon before coming to the dealership. However, I still had to wait about 3.5 hours to sign paperwork with the Finance Manager and drive the car off the lot. Thank you Frank and Ken for getting me into my Hyundai Kona.
Can't say enough about Oscar Canterero. I arrived on a very windy, dirty Thursday morning and I told Oscar that I would not be buying today, but I was very interested in testing and learning about the Tuscon, Hyundai. My lease of another make was up and I was just kinda window shopping. He was very courteous and respectful of what I was saying. He never once pressured me into buying, but was very informative. He was the one that actually sold me on the Tuscon without any pressure what so ever. Can't give him enough praise of what a great guy he is and I diffinately will be giving his name out. I did not buy that day, but the next day I drove off the lot with a new Tuscon thanks to Oscar.

We recently bought 2018 Elantra from Frank Yu and our experience was excellent. What a nice guy! We were coming to an end on a lease (Toyota) and needed a car that my wife can use until next summer before handing over the keys to our son. So initially we looked at some used cars and CPOs then realize, not much more we can pickup a nice 2018 Elantra. We did check out other brands such as Toyota, Mazada & VW before deciding on Hyundai. We did the normal online search for prices/inventory and pretty much decided on the exact color & trim before hitting the dealers for test drive & in-person inspections. So by the time we came in to see Frank in person, we had already picked the exact car & agreed on the price. So, needless to say, the process was pretty straight forward. We would highly recommend Frank in that he nice, flexible and honest during the whole process. What else can you ask for in a car sales person?
This was the 3rd Hyundai dealer I???d been to. After a bad experience at a different dealer, I decided I only wanted to work with a highly rated dealer. So I came to Russell Westbrook based on dealer rating and the car price I saw on the exact car I wanted. When I arrived, Frank had my future car waiting for me to test drive. Frank showed me all of the features of the car and was easy to work with. Everyone here was great. No surprises or high pressure tactics of any kind. I???m happy with the experience and the car. Oscar Canterero met us on the lot when we were first considering a Hyundai Santa Fe. He was professional, accommodating, relatable, friendly, honest, polite, and extremely respectful of our thoughts and concerns. We connected with him right away with his "put-us-at-ease" manner. We found a car we wanted to buy but we weren't quite ready so we said we'd be in the next day but it was his day off. He came in anyway for the afternoon and found us an even newer car that we ended up purchasing. Oscar allowed us "alone time" to discuss this purchase, he was able to interject things to consider, and he always asked our permission to give his opinion. He didn't make us feel like he was hovering but he was still there to answer our questions and concerns. We got to know him through sharing about our children and his children therefore we felt like we have a new friend. He worked with us during the signing process, took time to explain the features of the car after our purchase, and he got excited for us and with us. Then he introduced us to Neda who was totally professional and pleasant to work with as we went through the signing process. She made that process so much easier and very thorough. Her demeanor instilled confidence in that part of our purchase. It was a long day for us but for Oscar and Neda also. We feel like if we had any questions even at this point either of those individual would be happy to answer our questions. Our purchase of this vehicle has given us "pride of ownership" not only because the car is so beautiful and solid but because of the solid relationships we made during it's purchase. We would absolutely recommend Westbrook Hyundai AND Oscar Canterero to assist our friends or family.
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
The service is friendly, fast and efficient. I am always told exactly what my car does and does not need done at any particular visit. My car is always taken care of and ready to go as quickly as possible. I am very happy with Glendale Hyundai!
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I Had my car towed in and my regular service man was not there. However I was given a rental & told that when he comes in he would call me about the problem and that is exactly what he did. No other car dealer would do that

My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
