I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!
We used them for a car collision repair. Not only was their job of a great quality but they helped us coordinate everything with the insurance company including arranging for car rental pickup and drop off at their office. They called us with weekly updates as necessary. It was the most painless major car repair process I have ever been through. My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. Came for an oil change. Left with a new Tucson! Brian, Matt, & Dale were terrific to work with. Brian spent a lot of time with us explaining the many features of the SUV, and answering our questions. I want to COMMEND Matt Conrad!! I HIGHLY recommend Matt!! I have purchased two cars from Stew Hansen's and I received the best genuine care, timely responses, honest empathy, and BEST customer service from a Salesman that wasn't even my salesmen for the purchase of either one of my cars but he will be in the future and he will be recommended to others. He fully backs up and represents all company commercials..
Dennis was very professional and helped me with all my questions. He let me try all my equipment in the car to make sure I could fit it all in. I was also allowed to drive the car home and talk it over with family. This was very helpful to me.
Salesman was amazing. Financing isn???t what it used to be, there was A LOT (so much so that I began to Feel like I wasn???t being heard) of back and forth on price. Still not given what was promised... I leased a new Tucson a couple weeks ago and was told I would receive a check to cover the balance of my previous lease. I was also told I would have no payments on the new lease until 2018. The check I was sent to cover the previous lease is $300+ short of covering the previous lease. I also received a bill for the new lease due 11/29/17. I am now trying to speak with someone to rectify these errors but have yet to get a response.
