This is our 3rd Hyundai and Puazza Hyundai of Limerick never disappoints. Our sales rep Tiffany Seifrit is extremely knowledgeable about EVERY auto in that dealership! The service department is exceptional too. They never perform service on your vehicle without your approval! I highly recommend this dealership.

Tiffany was absolutely awesome! Got us into exactly what we needed for our son in college. Extremely knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at and considered and made the entire buying experience very pleasant unlike most dealerships. We can???t express how highly we recommend her and the dealership. They were not pushy, difficult to work with and they moved like lightening for us. Respected that we were busy people and our time was precious. Tiffany makes you feel like your her only customer. Answered all calls, texts and emails immediately. We truly can???t say enough about the experience. We will definitely be back to see Tiffany early next year for our next new car :)
My Frist Toyota! Stopped in out of a whim after shopping Cabela's on the other side of RT. 61, after dealing with a salesman who was out for a walk around the build during his break I ended up with a good deal almost $2000 less than any of the dealers in the Lehigh Valley with NO PRESSURE to buy right then and there. I Left and tried to bet the deal and after 3 weeks I went back and bought the 4Runner. Their service department has treated my wife and I great every time we've taken the 4Runner in for regular service. Only Problem I've had was a damaged center cap on a wheel which they replaced with no question. MINOR, Compared to some of the problems I had at other dealerships I've dealt with in my 40 + years of driving and I've dealt with all the major brand names, non-brand name, large and small sized dealers. I Would recommend Freedom Toyota in Hamburg to my family and friends!
I've had experience with most of the car dealerships in my area. I have to say that Freedom Toyota in Hamburg, PA, is a "different kind of dealership" compared to what I've experienced in the past. Both the sales and service personnel at Freedom Toyota are extremely helpful and patient when it comes to purchases, routine service, and diagnosing problems. They are definitely customer oriented rather than just trying to sell you services and products you don't need to make more money. I even brought my other Toyota vehicle purchased at another Toyota dealership to Freedom Toyota when I was having problems. They quickly diagnosed the problems and made only the necessary repairs. I have been driving Toyotas since 1988 and look forward to my next vehicle purchase at Freedom Toyota when the time comes. To me, it's worth driving the extra distance to Hamburg for a better sales and service experience.
I've been coming here for several years because the service is fantastic, quick. I bought two new Camrys here and am very happy, everyone is VERY nice, if they're having a bad day you wouldn't know it! I plan to be a lifetime customer if they keep doing what they're doing. I am amazed at how quickly my car is serviced and how they go out of their way to make me happy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Fred Beans was the third dealer I went to before I could get the key fob programmed successfully. Ashley, the service manager, stayed with the problem until it was solved. The other dealers gave up and sent me on my way. At least they did not charge me for failing to complete the job.
