We stopped in just to get a feel for the Kona and ended up leasing one on the spot. Our salesperson, Stephen, was friendly, helpful, and really answered all of our questions. Most importantly we feel that we got a great deal on a car with the features we were looking for. It is easy to drive and really comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small SUV.

The signage directing me where to go was not easily visible. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially because I wasn't sure how to use my Fidelity service benefit and Michael made it a smooth process. I thought oil changes were to happen every 3K miles but my sticker indicates nearly 5K. That concerns me, but I'll check my oil periodically to make sure its not too low.
Add hot tea or cocoa to the beverage station. Overall it was a good experience. I'll come again.
I daughter after Cody Patterson after a recommendation from a friend, who typically is a harsh critic. Cody went above and beyond in meeting my families needs. I went in expecting upfront honestly from a salesman who would work with my budget, and left with that and more. I have never had a better car buying experience.
Everything and everyone at this dealership was awesome, I never felt like I was being pressured or forced to make a decision. They were very patient with me, and even when I got back to the finance department there were no tricks up their sleeve???s or hidden costs, perfect car buying experience definitely going to be my first stop next time I need a vehicle
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!
Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!
My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. I recently had the opportunity of doing business with Fred at Garvin Motors. I was interested in a vehicle they had posted on Cars.com that was over 16 years old with an unknown history. This also was one of there least expensive vehicles on their lot.
Fred took the time to make sure that this vehicle was going to be a good fit for my family. Prior to driving 10 hours, Fred provided me with service records, open and honest communication including the evaluation of condition ( which most sales folks would have lost the sale with the condition), and reassured me that it was mechanically sound.
I decided to trust this evaluation because of the incredible communications Fred provided. I made a 10 hour rd trip through WY in January to Cody, WY. Fred sent a service tech to the rental car place and drove me the final 30 mile leg of the trip.
The vehicle was exactly what was described with no hidden problems. This is one of the nicest vehicles I have driven. This was the best customer service experience I have ever been part of. Garvin motors was fast and professional with the paperwork and got me back on the road with a full tank of fuel. Thank you Fred and Garvin Motors for a great experience.

The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Bill was super low key and helpful. Not pushy just letting us look at what we wanted and allowing us to test drive. Once we decided on the car the transaction went quick. They came with a very fair offer on our trade and found a great loan through a credit union. Thank you everyone that helped get me in my new Soul!
“Great Buying Experience”
My Husband and I decided it was time to buy a new car--about 1 year before we actually did! I kept putting it off because I HATE car shopping (don’t you), the pressure, the money, the whole miserable experience. We chose Gosch because of location and reputation. We decided to go and drive “something” just to see what might be out there. We were very interested in Hyundai for the great warranty. Made an online appointment and went in to meet MIke Stratton. We were quickly introduced to Justin Peterson (Mike w/ another customer). Justin was awesome. He let us do our own thing, made sure our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing an awesome Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just writing my review to say this was the “BEST” car buying experience ever, for my Husband and for me. No pressure, no price changes, no “car salesman” scenarios.
We have been contacted several times to just check in and make sure we don’t have any questions about our purchase. Amazing customer service and product. My husband and I both give Gosch Hyundai and the sales team 5 stars. Thank you for the great car buying experience.
