The people walking around seemed more friendly and sincere than the man selling the car and the woman who does their financing. The man kind of just sat there, didn't really provide us with detail, we had to ask specific questions to get specific answers. We did, however, get a great deal on it. The lady in financing, she spoke way too quickly, didn't allow room for questions, just threw the papers for us to sign in front of us without saying what it was, just said to sign it. She also expected us to know the terms of all this financial talk. I wish they would be more engaged in TEACHING their customers about the whole process, especially for young adults. They also kind of just through in their GAP coverage with our buy and did not explain anything about it. So, long story short. I love my new car, just wish people were better at explaining the thing that they do on a daily basis.
