Safe and beautiful

We hit a deer while driving at 70 mph. Both driver and passenger walked away with only a bruise from the side air bags going off. There was over $24,000 damage so that is impressive to me. The car drives exceptionally well. Responds well. It has plenty of pick up even in the mountains even when in economy mode. The interior is roomy and has more features than more expensive cars. This is a replacement for a 2013 Sport we owned and liked so well we wanted the same vehicle, just newer. Our daughter is on her second Santa Fe also because she likes it so well.
I've only owned the car for a short time, but have done all kinds of driving (in snow, dry pavement, back roads, highway, traffic). It has been a joy! My other car is a Porsche, and this car has many things the Porsche has (like keyless entry). So far I've been very happy
I gad a very quick and painless experience with my sales person Greg Fultz was seamless. I will definitely recommend Murdock Hyundia to my friends and family.

Love it, extremely crazy about the car. My grandson tells me he is much more comfortable in the back seat. Much more room. I needed a vehicle that is equipped with the features of the 2018, Hyundai Sport.
The sales process was great. It was very straight forward and honest. I had two small childeren with me, and the sales team was very accommodating. They gave my childeren some hot wheels and soda. I did have one issue however. It was very important to me that the vehicle be detailed as my wife has big issues with cleanliness, also the wheels had a coating that we agreed would be removed. I was told the work had been completed, but to my dismay the vehicle had just been cleaned superficially, and much of the coating remained. This was a big issue as the vehicle was a gift. I was forced to pay to have the agreed apron services completed elsewhere at additional expense. This is the reason for my 3 star review. Had they held up their end of the bargain I would have rated them at 5 stars.

This car cam loaded with everything at a great price and a great warranty. I couldn't be happier. If you want a reliable vehicle with a fantastic warranty from a very good dealership I suggest looking at this vehicle. It is my third one and I have never been disappointed.
I was in the market for my first new car. My husband and I initially were considering an Elantra, but after Will showed us a Sonata and we realized how discounted they were we changed our minds. We actually got a 2018 Sport plus Sonata for the same price that we originally thought the Elantra would cost. Throughout the whole process, Helaman and Will were friendly, professional and helped us get the best car for the best price.

I have enjoyed this car because at the time I was looking I knew what I wanted because I had rented one prior to purchase. I did research online for months and was willing to wait instead of jumping quickly into something. I was actually able to get all the features I was looking for such as heated and cooled seats which are really nice and the panaramic sunroof which is totally cool since I enjoy the outside especially on beautiful days I don't mind traveling and it's cool for my passengers. However my BIGGEST enjoyment is the SPACE in the car overall!!! The back seat is comfortable but the cargo space is fabulous, I can actually put my pop-up 10x10 tent in the trunk pushed up against the back of the seat and then pile everything else in front of it. My mom is still surprised it how big it is inside without appearing huge on the outside.
I worked with Jake to buy a 2016 X5 M sport. I usually despise the car buying experience, but I was pleasantly surprised this time. They are top notch professionals, and I???ll be back for my next car purchase.

Roomy, comfortable and quiet. Excellent visibility plus side mirror warnings. Excellent response in steering and acceleration. Very good interior dash and steering wheel controls. This is my fourth Hyundai and it won't be the last.
Very friendly people. Great experience and excellant inventory. We found the perfect car. Our salesman (James Workman) made us feel like we were valued customers.

This is my second Santa Fe Sport and this is the last year for the Sport model and I am a bit disappointed that Hyundai is doing away with this model but do understand that there newer wave of SUV's are great as well.

Sweet Ride and A Real Eye Catcher

This car is of the charts with exterior style and interior design and comfort. It’s a 2019 not 18 as above. Handles beautifully with quick response. The features are limitless and technology amazing. It’s a Turbo 4 cyclinder but you think you’re driving a V6. I love it and am going to enjoy it for years to come.
A good or bad experience with any business a lot of times depends on how well prepped you are for the transaction. Given I do doc prep / review for a living and was thoroughly prepared for anything they might need, I did not have a negative experience with LHM. All Sales /Financing / Service Contracts were honored and I am happy with my purchase. If you do decide to purchase there have your employment history, pay history, references, LOEs and anything else they might need ready before you decide on a vehicle. Keep a log of all correspondences for reference and go with the flow. If you do that, your experience with LHM I believe will be hassle free and you'll walk out of there with the vehicle of your choosing.
I dealt with Jacob Banks the whole time (except for finance) which was over a number of days. He was super! He sold me my second Hyundai and he was great then but this time (my 4th) I have never seen nor heard of a sales person going the extra mile(s) he went. We completed about 90% of our negotiations on line. I live 250 miles from this dealer and it was wonderful to be able to email and converse with Jacob multiple times and establish the final price, trade, and down payment before I ever saw the actual vehicle I purchased. Jacob worked hard for me, made videos of the vehicles I was interested in, gave me honest quotes and was so very friendly and personable. He spent a lot of time showing me the features of the Santa Fe and demonstrated them on a test drive. Maybe what impressed me more than anything was they entire dealership was extremely busy; Jacob had another customer he was working with and I watched the time he spent showing this lady her car... he was meticulous showing her the vehicle and was that way with me. I even had the pleasure of waiting a little while for him which was a great experience for me; I got to watch a professional. Actually, I have never had a bad experience buying from this dealership but Jacob is my go-to guy. Want a "go-to guy" that actually acts like he likes you and wants to help, you can "Bank on Banks.)
I have purchased two new cars from Darryl. He is now the sales manager so I guess I'll buy my next one from somebody else. I had a recall on my Ford an appointment at 10:30. 12:45 I'm out the door and everything is completed. Everybody was friendly and the coffee was great. After being unable to deal with conventional dealerships in the Salt Lake area I was so relieved to find performance. They treat you like they want your business not like some idiot that needs fleecing. If you hate the car buying experience go to Performance. It should change your attitude. They have me for life.
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.
