My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
Dealt with Brian Sobel through Car Pros referral. This went very well. We worked out a price for what I needed and it was an honest firm deal. No games. Was in and out in an hour. Appreciate the honesty and integrety. And the appreciation on me as a customer
We live in San Diego but test drove a Hyundai Tucson at Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys with Bobby Hooker while visiting family. Pre-Owned, low mileage, clean, decent price. Liked the ride. We went back home. Saw on Keyes website they reduced the price $3000. So we expressed our interest via email and negotiated what we considered a fair price with Matthew Ahroni in Internet Sales. He agreed to hold the vehicle for us (with a down payment) until Thanksgiving, as we would be back up in LA. We appreciated that. The purchasing experience with Matthew and Steve Chung in financing was pretty easy. There was no pressure or surprises regarding add ons or price hikes. The price was the price. We financed through Hyundai as Steve beat the credit union loan rate we were going to use for the same term. The whole process took a couple of hours and I drove our nice, clean 2015 Tucson off the lot. Overall, a good experience with Keyes Hyundai.
Bobby was great to work with. He was very helpful in explaining all the "ins-and-outs" of the difficult process of buying a car. I was out the door with a brand new car in under 2-hours. Bobby was very personable and can't wait to buy my next car from him. I was able to work with Brian in Management as well. He made sure I got the deal that was right for me and "looked out for the customer" throughout the entire process. Very happy I decided to go to Keyes Hyundai to purchase my car.
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone . When you call there - don't forget to ask for Zury and Mike - you will get the most professional and ethical help in the industry! Thank you, guys!
The service is friendly, fast and efficient. I am always told exactly what my car does and does not need done at any particular visit. My car is always taken care of and ready to go as quickly as possible. I am very happy with Glendale Hyundai!

Brought car in for oil change and check of powertrain items as 100,000 mile warranty was about to expire. I also had several questions about maintenance items that are coming up, and they were answered for me. I would come back to this dealer!
I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
I had a great experience at Sierra Acura. The sales consultant, Frank Lu, was awesome. He was attentive, patience, and listened to what I wanted. If you need an acura, look for Frank. He'd help you to get the best deal.
