Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. I was thrilled from the moment I got there but with my stubborn self went and looked at a few other cars before returning and buying. They did an amazing job but specifically Nate was amazing to work with. I even saw him interact with a past client who shared that she has bought both of her cars from him because of his skill, knowledge, and ease to work with.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
I recently purchased a vehicle from Ourisman Hyundai and Mitsubishi and I must say that this dealership was awesome! Nick Cutlip, Sr. went up, above and beyond to make sure I purchased a vehicle I was most comfortable with. He offered suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever even throughout all color changes and multiply trips to the back lot, Nick stated " Don't worry , we will not leave until we find the right vehicle". Serveral hours later I finally decided on a 2018 Hyundai, Sonata grey in color but never the less the remaining process was absolutely painles from the finance lady ( Loved her ) to driving off the lot. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. I highly recommend Nick to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Sincerely Yours Dana Martin

I was in a hit run accident on 10/26; filed bankrupcty 11/7; car totaled by insurance company on 11/15, and informed that the rental needed to be return on 11/21. Called Nick Cutlip at the Ourisman dealership on 11/17 feeling doubtful about my ability to purchase a New car within 6 days. To my surprise, I was in a new car 11/19. Nick made my experience TOTALLY STRESS FREE! He had a gregarious personally, was patient, professional and very honest throughout the entire process. I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Nick, he was accommodating, responsive, and most importantly got a deal done for me. I wasn't expecting a positive outcome due to my circumstances, but Nick was able to come through for me and my overall experience was excellent.
