I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. My car was serviced in the amount of time promised. John was clear and thorough in his descriptions of the service. Sometimes in the past I have felt mechanics/car dealers were too pushy or condescending and I felt the opposite here. John explained everything and I felt he was trustworthy. I like the waiting room and got a lot of work done while waiting for my car. I even enjoyed a cup of good coffee. The vibe was pleasant and I could tell the people who work at this location are happy. Good job!
Dealt with Brian Sobel through Car Pros referral. This went very well. We worked out a price for what I needed and it was an honest firm deal. No games. Was in and out in an hour. Appreciate the honesty and integrety. And the appreciation on me as a customer
We live in San Diego but test drove a Hyundai Tucson at Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys with Bobby Hooker while visiting family. Pre-Owned, low mileage, clean, decent price. Liked the ride. We went back home. Saw on Keyes website they reduced the price $3000. So we expressed our interest via email and negotiated what we considered a fair price with Matthew Ahroni in Internet Sales. He agreed to hold the vehicle for us (with a down payment) until Thanksgiving, as we would be back up in LA. We appreciated that. The purchasing experience with Matthew and Steve Chung in financing was pretty easy. There was no pressure or surprises regarding add ons or price hikes. The price was the price. We financed through Hyundai as Steve beat the credit union loan rate we were going to use for the same term. The whole process took a couple of hours and I drove our nice, clean 2015 Tucson off the lot. Overall, a good experience with Keyes Hyundai.
Bobby was great to work with. He was very helpful in explaining all the "ins-and-outs" of the difficult process of buying a car. I was out the door with a brand new car in under 2-hours. Bobby was very personable and can't wait to buy my next car from him. I was able to work with Brian in Management as well. He made sure I got the deal that was right for me and "looked out for the customer" throughout the entire process. Very happy I decided to go to Keyes Hyundai to purchase my car.
Fantastic car dealer, Luke was great. Price was so low I thought it could be a scam but was ecstatic when I learned how transparent they are. They did a full inspection before I submitted the final payment and took care of much more than I anticipated.
Made an appointment for some electrical issues on a Sunday. Showed up Monday morning, was processed in five minutes by the always awesome Victoria Hovey. Car was ready 5 hours later. No fuss, no muss. Keyes Hyundai Rocks!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
I had a great experience at Sierra Acura. The sales consultant, Frank Lu, was awesome. He was attentive, patience, and listened to what I wanted. If you need an acura, look for Frank. He'd help you to get the best deal.
I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didn't expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!
