Made first contact on line. Everything went smoothly. No dickering over price. Well in line with kbb???s price. The whole process took less than 3 hours from entering the door to driving out in my new Sonata. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
This place is great. Chris is knowledgeable and genuinely friendly guy, without being overbearing. He was quick to help out in any way he could and was patient with our numerous questions. I would recomend this sales team to anyone.
I was very pleased with Dale at the service counter. He kept me apprised of work being done and updated me on the time he estimated it would be completed. I asked a question about pairing my phone and he accompanied me to my vehicle to assist with that.
Overall a great experience. I got more in-depth information about the models I was considering. I got to test drive two different versions of the 2019 Kona and this helped with the decision to purchase. Very relaxed but efficient process. Chris and Taylor were very helpful with answering all of my questions and providing a variety of options to make my choices easier. Never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't ready for or not informed about. Everything was up front and above board with no hidden agenda. Looking forward to driving the new vehicle and taking advantage of the great maintenance and service plan.
I went online to schedule an appointment to buy new tires. I submitted the request and got a confirmation number, but never got an email to confirm. Sent an email the next evening to service@cochran. I got an email from Amber Merola the next morning and she got things straightened out. My original request never got to the service department at Monroeville. It appears there is a problem with the Tire Finder website. When I got to the service center Bob Johnston took great care of me. The only complaint other than above, is that the tech who did my tires inflated them to 31psi and the tire sticker on my Santa Fe clearly says it should be 34psi.
We've taken our Saturn Outlook (GM) there several times for service and they have helped with recalls and some complicated repairs. All at what I consider fair prices. Keith has worked with us on multiple issues and I recommend contacting him as long as he is with them.
I was referred to Mr Kevin Cline at Ron Lewis. Mr Cline made me a great deal on my trade in, as well as a new Jeep Patriot. My overall experience with the men and women at Ron Lewis was exceptional. If anyone is in the market for a new, or used vehicle, I recommend you contact Mr Cline at Ron Lewis. Being a veteran myself, I was also pleased to find out that many of the employees are also veterans.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.

Hit a pothole and DAMAGED my right tire. As always, quick response from Hyundai Roadside Service, and a tow truck was at my home within 60 minutes...on a Steelers Sunday! Next morning, received a call from Cochran Hyundai Service as an evaluation of my car began. In less than an hour, I was notified that the damage was limited to the tire...and did I ever need a new tire!!! Cochran Hyundai Service went far beyond what was expected, picking up a matching tire from a local retail vendor. I was back on the road, and at work by noon, with a VERY happy experience with Cochran Hyundai Service.
Excellent experience. Chris and Taylor were awesome. They took time to explain everything and didn???t try to push anything additional on us. Would happily recommend.
