I just bought a used car from their team and it was a great experience and process. They were very fair with the pricing and honest without trying to add a bunch of pointless fees. They were precise and fair without pressuring while explaining everything in detail and happily answering all of my questions. They even stayed hours late to get the deal done!
Went to La Quinta Hyundai looking to test drive a couple vehicles. I found a vehicle I really liked and went for a test drive. When I was done, my wife and stated we were going to shop around. Our sales guy David Jones encouraged us to do our homework. He didn’t have an attitude, he didn’t pressure us for our phone number, he simply gave me his card and asked me to follow up with him when we made a decision. I can’t say enough how I appreciate his approach to selling cars. Awesome. Gene the Dealership Manager was a pleasure to negotiate with and Eric in Finanace was also a pleasure to work with. My first contact was Kim and she gave me information on a Kona Ultimate I had seen online. Decided to come see it and she set me up with Michael who introduced me to Ian. It was a very pleasant experience. I didn't make a decision that day and returned the next day to finish making the deal I wanted, finishing up with Abel and, again, Ian. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Hyundai of La Quinta to anyone looking for a Hyundai. I love my new Kona.
They did go above and beyond to fix the issues I had, but they seem so unorganized and scattered. The head girl in service finally started to put it all together. I was disappointed that my car came back to me very filthy, I believe it set outside the ten days they had it. They were to call me as the driver was bringing my car to me (over a 2 hr drive) but he just showed up. They were to call me the next day...that didn’t happen either...
When I walked in service at acura, I saw a guy helping an elderly woman with her vehicle, it was one of the old vehicles. She was so happy leaving the place and I told myself, I should go talk to that guy and get some good service. Not knowing who he was or his job title. I talked to him and explained my situation. Im a busy mom with 4 kids, I went there looking a mess! To be honest, people judge you on how you look at other dealerships. He was still helpful. I am so happy with the the excellent customer service I received from Julio (Service Manager) I had problems with my SUV and he went out of his way to try and help as much as possible. He was honest and straightforward with every questions I asked him. I strongly recommend people to buy their vehicles here. They work with you and they have the best customer service!!
Living in the desert is hard on batteries. Our 2015 Forester just experienced its first dead battery...lasted 3 3/4 years...unheard of in the desert. Sarah from PS Subaru rescued us on her lunch hour. Forward to the dealership. Jordan set up a new battery service for us AND put the gallon of ice cream that we had bought before all this started in the employee freezer. This is not how we planned to spend our day but Sarah and Jordan put a good spin on our dead battery experience. Thank you Palm Springs Subaru.

Has a good experience at la Quinta Hyundai. David Jones was great to deal with. Even when I was sent to the last part of the car purchase with the finance dept it was smooth with no problems. Overall a great experience. I have owned several Hyundai cars and they are great products.
