Walked into Va cars and stated what I was looking for and my terms and conditions. And left satisfied. The only concern that I have is them leaving me in the blind. They did not tell me how much the car was. I found out when I signed my contract. Smh. The owner dont have any empathy for you and your repairs. But the sales rep Kenneth was great.
Easy process; plenty of clean late model vehicles to choose from. The no haggle price is spot on, better deal than possible at carmax. Highly recommend if in the market for a good modern car at a very decent price.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I have nothing but praise for this dealership and it's employees, which are all second to none. A couple of year ago I've purchased my first used vehicle at this dealership, not knowing WHAT to expect of a used vehicle, but gave it a shot as I gifted my Camry to my daughter to use at college. The vehicle inspection on this vehicle was so thorough, that in all my years driving the Tuscon I had not a single days of trouble with it. My only expense was filling up with gas, the annual oil replacement and a one-time brake and battery replacement. When I was in the market for another vehicle, I immediately thought about Pearson Mazda due to my previous experience and their track record. I did not regret it. After multiple test drives and comparison research between the Tuscon, Rav-4 and XR-5, I've decided on the Mazda XR-5 and cannot be happier with my choice or the most impressive and effective customer service provided by James Balsamo, Joseph Jackson and Kevin Johnson. They are all absolutely outstanding professionals that take excellent care of their customers, knows their product and are easy to work with. We went in to buy used (on several visits) but ended up with a lease on a sweet new 2018 Honda Civic LX. Thanks to our salesman Brian Alling and his staff, who were awesome at working for us to meet our monthly budget maximum we are highly pleased with our new vehicle purchase!
Ever since my first auto purchase from Colonial, I won't go anywhere else. The sales staff and customer care team are phenomenal and go above and beyond expectations to guarantee the customer's satisfaction. Just yesterday, I stopped by to have my tires reinflated as the cold weather had caused the nitrogen level to drop. I had no appointment, but they took me right in. When they brought my keys back to me, they said they did the tires, and also changed the oil as I hadn't scheduled my 5,000-mile maintenance check yet, which I was about to schedule next week. This is my favorite dealership, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Now my sister and nephew are Hyundai customers because of my experience with Colonial.
Stopped in to buy 2 new tires for the rear of my Hyundai Sonata. Explained to Service rep number 774 the car needed several of the "mileage" services and wanted to know which one would be the best for my car. She wrote up and gave me the service estimate she thought would be the best option for my car. Very impressed with her expertise and professionalism. I love dealing with people that know what they are doing from start to finish.
This was by far my best car buying experience to date. From the lady who provided me with an online quote to the finance manager who finished up the paperwork, everyone was courteous, friendly and respectful. The demo of the car was detailed, the test drive very informative, and everyone was on hand to answer all questions I had. I would recommend anyone in the area to visit Colonial for their next car buying venture.
