I'm a single mom and I dread buying a new car. Had a great experience with Tevin. He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
Honestly I???ve always hated salesmen but Tevin was amazing! He wasn???t pushy at all and helped me find the perfect car. The only thing holding me back was my trade wasn???t free and clear, however his manager Ben assured me they would make it work and get me into the car I wanted. A little while later I met with Gil not only was Ben right about making it work but Gil was able to get me an interest rate much lower then I was expecting and even a lower payment then I was paying on my previous car. Thank you guys so much!
Went there looking for a new car, wasn???t sure what to get but as soon as I got there Michael was right there to assist me. Thanks to his knowledge of the vehicles he helped me pick one out in no time. You don???t see that type of customer service very often in dealerships, great job Michael! Will definitely be back for future purchases.
My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our 2009 Corvette Z06 from James at European Automotive Imports. From the first contact to the arrival of the Z06 James was in contact with us every step of the process (and an easy process it was). James represented the car honestly and we did not have any surprises after purchasing this Z06 without seeing it in person. Upon arrival the Z06 was better then described. I would highly recommend doing business with James and the team at European Automotive Imports.
After talking with the internet to test ride car was supposed to be ready and gassed up it took a half hour to get the car and there was no gas in it but after that the sales people or very cordial and friendly and the overall experience was okay I went back the next day for an issue with the car and was not happy with the treatment I received
Everyone in our household owns a Hyundai. Not only because of the vehicle reliability but, our sales agent is one of the top! Thank you Melvin G. For helping us like always. All the people that worked with me were great. I traded in my car unexpectedly and I am glad I did this. The experience was good and the employees were helpful. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but I would purchase from them again.

Communication between customer and departments involving sales, financing is poor. I gave a post dated check and the sale person where an agreement was made to deposit the check on the specific date on the check. All involved in the purchase agreed . The check was deposited before the date resulting in me having to pay an over draft fee on a the check. I did receive an apology after all the aggravation.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.
My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience. One comment we made to the sale manager was that when one salesperson is extremely busy others should be more inclined to help so customers do not have to spend excessive time at the dealership. This by no means takes anything away from our sales person (Jonathan).
