Kyle Galaz was very friendly, accommodating and answered all my questions on my first visit in September of 2017 although he knew I was not going to take a stock car from their inventory. He spent 1-2 hours with me, letting me test drive a 2017 Maserati GT convertible and then on line to special order exactly what I wanted. Kyle provided timely updates on the progress of the build of my car in Italy, the shipping and subsequent arrival in CdA on February 13th. Dave Smith is even willing to keep it on their show room floor until the weather and icy roads improve so I can drive it home even though I paid for it and it is taking up floor space. I typically try to avoid dealerships but stopped by Northwest Motorsport one evening as they had a nice looking Duramax sitting on the lot. Met Fred initially and had a great interaction with him. Fred connected me with Joey and in the end they did such a great job that I bought the truck. Met Joe, the GM I believe, and he was upfront and a straight up guy. Had a slight mechanical issue after I got the truck home but Joe and Joey made it right. Great transaction and I would definitely go back for any future purchases.
Brought my GMC Sierra in to get A/C fixed and they did a great job! Jordan???s customer service was awesome and he did everything he could to make my visit awesome!! Kim the shuttle driver was awesome too! It???s hard to get people to talk and makes a ride awkward when you don???t know them but she was awesome too!
The salesmen I had worked very hard to find me a car that would keep my payments as low as possible. I dropped by to look at a VW but they "thought" it had been sold. One of the salesmen drove up in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. The exterior had not been washed nor the inside of the windshield. I bought the car and after having it washed, I realized there were scratches and dents all over the car. In my opinion, the car was purposely left dirty to camouflage the exterior damage. Scratches too deep to be buffed out. Dents could not be repaired by the dent remover.
My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
I bought my Chevy Cruze here about 4 years ago and loved it! Had amazing service back then and refer everyone and anyone I know to buy their car from Camp Chevrolet! Traded my Chevy Cruze in for Jeep Renegade about two weeks ago and again had AMAZING customer service. They took their time with my family, we???re kind, knew what I wanted and was very reasonable. Any car I???ve looked at from Camp Chevrolet has awesome pricing. You just can???t beat it! They gave me a reasonable price on my trade in as well. Even though I did not buy a Chevy, I am in love with my Jeep and they seemed to know a lot about different makes and models and what my family would be safe in. (They didn???t just try to sell me on a Chevy) The salesmen who helped us was very kind and pulled out every car we wanted to look at and was very patient with us and my crying child. The finance process was fast and easy and he explained every step! Again! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Camp Chevrolet. One tiny small complaint I have is when I call the phone number from the website it rings a lot and then I???ll get transfered and no one answers? No big deal, but honestly it???s probably because they???re busy because they???re so AWESOME!!! Thanks Camp Chevrolet!
Nancy was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and delivered it. I had been to several different lots and they had their own agenda. They tried to sell me a car I didn't want. I told Nancy about this experience and she went above and beyond for me. I have extremely limited time. She was honest about the timeline and clear about the expectations of the process. She text me all the details and worked out all the financing while I was working. When everything was said and done I came in and my paperwork was waiting for me. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
