Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
I worked with Jimmy to buy a used Ford Fusion Energi, and I cannot say enough good things about the car, process, salesman, and dealership. Although they made a mistake telling me I had a full warranty when I didn’t, they honored an issue I had with the car and fixed it for free. They pointed out a recall and fixed that, too. Truly great integrity, as they could have told me to take a hike for the one repair. Jimmy was very communicative and upfront. The dealer made a fair deal where both us walked away happy. If there is a car there that you like, go and talk to them. You’ll be glad you did.
I brought my car in for service engine light. I received quick and knowledgeable service from George. He kept me informed and did his best to get me my car back in a timely fashion. He was extremely friendly and answered all of my question. Car is running smoothly and I will be back for all my service!!! Thanks!
George K. is a great service employee. I've worked with him previously and he is always nice to chat with, and he makes sure they do a good job on my 2015 Sonata. I bought my car here, and will continue to have it serviced here as well. Thanks guys!!
After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. I see your sales team once but your service team often. I know that when Hector your tech is working on my car I have no problem . (Hector has been servicing my Hyundai cars for 25 years) Ryan and the rest of your service writers are very knowledgeable.
Service was great, all work performed as indicated. New dealership was clean, service personnel was attentive and courteous, yet down to earth. My only complaint would be the lack of parking available. All spots were filled up front. Other than that, I will be back!
They got me in on a Saturday with no appointment. We got an oil change and low tire pressure light was on that they fixed.We got a prompt call about a couple of other things that needed to be taken care of which they did.Very friendly and courteous staff and a big thank you to Ryan.

We then dealt with someone by the name of James Barret, I believe he is a business manager or a finance guy, and he was not friendly at all. Mr. Barret's response when I found a mistake on the monthly payment that we came to an agreement with yousef, on the paper work that he wanted me to sign, was very unprofessional. He laughed and stated " Are You Serious?" Mr. Barret paper work and the agreement that Yousef and I had an agreement on was around d $0.91 deference, but the way he made that comment was very unprofessional.
Other than this issue, we had a great experience
I have bought 3 cars from here and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. The service department always does a great job whenever I bring my car in for service.
