Miguel H. took such great care of me when I visited Shakers Family Hyundai! He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, friendly, and so helpful. I had a couple of issues that came up within the process, and he expertly guided me through them to a successful end......and I drove off the lot in my new (previously owned) Elantra. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
Tasca was great to work with. I visited back in September when they had a promotion going and Jen Robey was so patient with me. Unfortunately I did not find anything I was in love with so I did not buy anything but once I was ready to make a decision I went back 2 months later and Jen was just as kind and helpful as the prior visit. I ended up leasing another vehicle with them and left that day with it! Thanks again Tasca for yet another great vehicle!

It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. Our third vehicle from this dealership, each one has been a great buying experience. We purchased them all from Steve Hamzy , who we find to be one of the best in the business. No pressure and treated like one of the alfano family.
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
I had been looking for an older model Toyota 4Runner for 6 months and was about to give up. All the vehicles I found (none of them were at this dealership) were either in need of thousands of dollars of repairs or they all had rotted frames. John and Jay were great. They had the exact vehicle I wanted and didn’t even flinch when I insisted on taking it to be inspected by my own mechanic. My mechanic only found a few minor things wrong with the truck and informed me the frame was in great shape. They fixed everything that had an issue without a blink of an eye and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this place. They will definitely do right by you.
It was a great experience dealing with Erik Atkinson at Danbury Kia. He was professional and personable. Danbury Kia has a welcoming environment. The employers seem to have fun working together as they sell cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Jeff and I go a little back. I've known him for a few years now. I was in the market a few years ago and had an idea of what vehicle I wanted but unsure of where to go and who to work with, I landed on this exact site amongst others reading reviews to find the ideal person to work with. Jeff became that guy instantly. Through the purchase of a new 2016 Kia Optima SXL and a new 2017 Kia Sportage EX, we've developed a friendship. We've been in contact since the first purchase and every time we've talked since then, I mentioned that I was interested in a Kia Stinger to replace my Optima due to how special the Stinger is and desiring to drive something sporty. I skipped on the 2018 model but when the 2019s came around, as soon as Danbury Kia received one in a rare color combination fully loaded, Jeff contacted me immediately and we agreed on a deal before I even arrived to Danbury Kia. Jeff is trustworthy and truly a man of his word. He makes the impossible happen and ensures that you leave Danbury Kia completely satisfied.
