Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.
Our third vehicle from this dealership, each one has been a great buying experience. We purchased them all from Steve Hamzy , who we find to be one of the best in the business. No pressure and treated like one of the alfano family.
Great selection of inventory, knowledgeable and polite salespeople (especially Dom and Jon) and a beautiful facility gave Crowley VW the edge on a day where I had already seen 2 other dealerships. This is the third car my family has purchased from the Crowley group but the first from VW. This team has set the bar way above their competition.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. We will recommend this dealership with no doubt. We wish our new car will last for years and we will have a great rides thru the years!
It was a great experience dealing with Erik Atkinson at Danbury Kia. He was professional and personable. Danbury Kia has a welcoming environment. The employers seem to have fun working together as they sell cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Jeff and I go a little back. I've known him for a few years now. I was in the market a few years ago and had an idea of what vehicle I wanted but unsure of where to go and who to work with, I landed on this exact site amongst others reading reviews to find the ideal person to work with. Jeff became that guy instantly. Through the purchase of a new 2016 Kia Optima SXL and a new 2017 Kia Sportage EX, we've developed a friendship. We've been in contact since the first purchase and every time we've talked since then, I mentioned that I was interested in a Kia Stinger to replace my Optima due to how special the Stinger is and desiring to drive something sporty. I skipped on the 2018 model but when the 2019s came around, as soon as Danbury Kia received one in a rare color combination fully loaded, Jeff contacted me immediately and we agreed on a deal before I even arrived to Danbury Kia. Jeff is trustworthy and truly a man of his word. He makes the impossible happen and ensures that you leave Danbury Kia completely satisfied. He will only put you in something that meets your needs, never over or under sell you. I couldn't speak any higher of Jeff. He is not only an asset to Danbury Kia but to the Kia brand overall. Tyler Impressed us so much with his attitude toward life and his attention to us as customers and our needs. The tour he provided us with the dealership showed the pride he has in Bandfon and in the Hyundai product he represents. We were so impressed that we purchased 2 new Sonatas.
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
