Noah went above and beyond to accommodate me when I came in and the vehicle I wanted was sold. He drove down to their south county location and retrieved a vehicle. Thank goodness as it was PERFECT. Mindi was wonderful explaining everything during the signing process and answered any and all questions that I had. Sean understood my exact requirements of purchasing before we even went through the financing process. Thank you all and you will for sure be HIGHLY recommended.

Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I have often said, "service is the other thing that can beat Wal-Mart." Thanks to the entire team for your excellent customer service. Harlan

The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.
Went to see about financing a car about 45 minutes before they closed. Tommy assisted me and I walked out with a new car! Not only did he get me a great deal but he worked with my needs of getting the sales tax financed for me as well since I just moved from CA and I wasn't prepared for the sales tax payment Missouri requires you to cover within 30 days. Awesome people, very friendly and overall great service!
Ben was very pleasant and a friendly salesman. I got an amazing deal. He treated us like family. He was very patient when we was looking at different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and explained everything in great detail that we asked about on each vehicle that we looked at. After deciding which one we was going to purchase, the process and paperwork went very easy and quick. Before we drove off in our new Tuscan, Ben went over every little detail pertaining to the functions of the SUV. He even got my bluelink and my phone connected to my car. My wife has purchased 2 vehicles from Dean Team Hyundai and this is my first. I definitely give them the highest rating and I will continue to purchase all my vehicles here. We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.
