The young Lady Kennedy greeted me as soon as I parked, she was not pushy at all she pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for and told me she'll be near if I needed her, her demeanor was so pleasant until I asked her to show me around. Even tho I could'nt find what I wanted she still offered as much as she could and I vowed to go back to see her!

Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.

Martin Morales was awesome. I do not like the car buying process. My anxiety can get the best of me sometimes in stressful situations. Martin was very patient with me. He listened to what I needed and wanted. He is very knowledgeable of cars and the finance side of things. He made several suggestion and let me choose what I wanted and not just what he was selling. The first sales agent wasn't listening to what I was saying. He seemed very pushy to me. The second sales agent didn't seem pushy but wasn't hearing what I was saying either. At that point we were ready to go somewhere else. If it wasn't for Kassandra Bueno and Joe Gacad, we would have bought a Truck from a different dealership. Kassandra changed a negative experience, into a positive experience for us. She listened to what I was saying and was so helpful and honest. We enjoyed working with her and Joe.
