Had it six years and have no plans to replace it. Fills every need that I have for a car. Comfortable, good gas mileage, and never a problem. If I were to look at another Sonata, I would consider the hybrid, but with 30 mpg I don’t see a need to spend more money when this one runs so well.

Lots of room. Power everything. Hauls a when I step on it. Good gas mileage. My only concern and the reason for a 4 is it has front steering issues. Minor but definitely something to consider. Loose joints and or steering issues but Hyundai is the best I have received as far as responding to service!

I had a 2004 Sonata and now have a 2013 Sonata, I put a lot of miles on my car and the Sonata has been very reliable. With both cars I only need to perform the standard maintenance (oil, tires, brakes, etc.). I have not had any issues with the drive train or internal (radio, ac/heat, interior) issues.

I made a 6-hour trip from Kansas to purchase my third vehicle from Longmont Ford. I used to live in Colorado when I made my first purchase from Longmont Ford and they earned a repeat customer. As usual, the experience only solidified my already strong opinion, which is why I go out of my way to give them my business. This dealership is simply the best! They openly admit and are unashamed of being built on Christian principles, which is evident in the Christian radio stations and Bibles on their desks. And, most importantly, it is evident by the integrity and personalities of the employees I dealt with. There was no pressure, but they provided plenty of assistance when requested. I hate typical dealerships and usually feel "violated" when I leave. This was not the case at all with Longmont Ford. At Longmont Ford, I dealt with two salesmen, as they were unusually busy on a very rainy weekday. There were multiple people purchasing vehicles at the same time and all the employees were diligently supporting each customer in a professional manner. Switching between two salesmen was seamless and never hindered the process. Brent Rogers and Rich Waters were the two salesmen, and then obviously I received support from others, such as finance, the people involved with estimating and looking at my trade, etc. Brent and Rich were extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, they never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. Brent worked with me to find the F-150 that met the color and options I wanted. He even transferred one from a storage lot, so I would be able to see it to make my final decision between two different trim levels. Rich handled the majority of the transaction after I decided on the vehicle. I also traded in a vehicle, which was my first trade ever. Rich worked with me on the trade. What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck. While I have always been a Ford guy, I am raising four kids to enjoy Ford products and Longmont Ford as a dealership. Two of my kids own the Ford Focus and the Ford Fusion we purchased previously from Longmont. Longmont Ford is building a loyal customer base for the future and I recommend as many people there as well, especially my friends who still live in Colorado. By the way, I reluctantly stopped at a competing dealership in the south metro area, simply because they had a specific truck in stock I was interested in. The experience was so much different and they wouldn't even come close to the posted price on the internet of Longmont Ford, for the exact same vehicle with a different color & one extra option. The MSRP of the Longmont vehicle was more, yet Longmont's upfront price on the internet was $2700 less than the competing dealer would offer me and only only after I went through the typical dealership negotiation process. After I left they called to see if I changed my mind. I told them, "no, I am driving to Longmont Ford to purchase a truck," which I did. I feel guilty for even tempting myself at another dealership, but it provided additional confirmation of the pleasure and uniqueness of the Longmont Ford purchasing experience! Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I have loved both of my new Sonatas, beginning with my 2004, which I drove until 2012, when I bought my new 2013. Bought tires and a battery, otherwise oil changes and she is good to go. My next Sonata will be a sporty, red one. Did I mention that I am73! Old enough to recognize quality when I see and experience it for over 15 years with Hyundai. Go, Scott Fink!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Just traded my '13 hyundai Sonata after 5 years and 107,00 miles. I got great service for the most part from this vehicle. Great warranty and I liked the style of it inside and out. What I didn't like and what kept me from buying another Hyundai was how often the vehicle went through brakes and tires! I've been driving 38 years and have never experienced a vehicle do this. On average I put approx. 20k a year on my car, but this thing would just eat tires and brakes.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had service done at Johnson's Auto Chevy dealer and it was the best experience ever. I heard about their "Quick Service" oil changes, so I thought I'd give it a try since I happen to be around Brighton. When I first pulled up, I was greeted by Ilene and Rob. They were very attentive to my needs, listened to me and had a genuine conversation with me. Within minutes of me going to the waiting room, they offered me water and let me know that my car needed an update, and that they would take care of it. To my surprise, it was much quicker than I anticipated, only 30 mins, in and out! No more days of dropping my car off of waiting for hours. I will definitely be coming back to get all my service needs, even if the drive is 45 mins away for me! It was quick, clear communication, very trustworthy and no-pressure. They went above and beyond and treated me with respect.

2011 Sonata GLS - Had it forever

My very first car financed it and finally have it paid off. Currently at 170,000 km and still going strong. Had many issues but thankfully hyundai had many recalls and great warranty. For example, car engine died and there was a recall so i got a brand new engine at 100,000km , other small recalls were the air bags and fuel pipe and sunroof. After 100,000 had to fix many parts like any old car but the recall and warranty really helped im hoping this car would last me another 150,000-200,00 kms before i get a new one. Would highly recommend Hyundai for longetivity, performance, service, and style.

My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in). If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.

25k dont really buy a lot of car anymore but it does with a hyundai sonata you can get one loaded up with everything thing including the kitchen sink, its fun reliable as all hell, sexy, and the warrany will out last a lot of the buyers, we have had four new hyundais now, two 2015 sonatas, a 2010 santa fe, and a 2010 tucson, all were great, but the sonatas were and still are years later the best bang for the buck, hyundai has come a loooong way and the redesign in 2015 did the trick, sonata is now giving accord and camry a run for the money.

I couldn't be happier with the car I bought and the overall experience. First of all unless it means alot to you to be in a fancy dealership (keep in mind that you are paying for all of that glitz with hidden fees ) and to have a brand new vehicle (let someone else pay the depreciation) this is the place to get a low mileage, sporty, sharp car with no hidden fees. I wanted a mid size SUV and test drove 9 different cars at 4 dealerships and every time we got down to the numbers I couldn't get out of any dealership without being in the $20,000 to $24,000 range after taxes, delivery/handling fees and added on BS. One Nissan dealer added $1,900 to the price of the car with a "convenience package" that included a clear bra, tinted window and floor mats. Who is that convenient for? The sharpest Ride has the lowest delivery and handling fee I've seen and beyond taxes which we can't avoid paying there really were no other unnecessary charges. I got exactly what I was looking for-a top of the line 2013 Nissan Rogue SL with 37K for miles and I was WELL BELOW $20,000 out the door taxes and everything. My sales man Miguel R. was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed this experience instead of feeling like I was being schmoozed and manipulated. 2015 Sonata Eco is a surprisingly fun car

I'm 6'5" so finding a mid size sedan that is comfortable isn't easy. This car has enough legroom for me and headroom to spare. The Sonata has 1.6 Liter Turbo so it gets very good gas mileage, but what surprised me about it is the 7 speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The dual clutch transmission is so smooth and shifts so fast the Sonata Eco is actually quicker 0-60 than the Sonata 2.0 Liter Turbo. My Sonata Eco goes 0-60 in 6.6 seconds so it's great fun to drive. It did very in winter with snow tires.

I recently took my Jeep Liberty to Johnson Auto Plaza to address a recall situation (ORC). There was an issue with a bad part being sent and my vehicle was not going to be ready for pick-up until later in the day. I spoke with Chris and he explained the situation with compassion and professionalism. I have been the Director of Operations at a company an at times had to tell a customer they would not get their material as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. I know it is not an easy position to be in but, Chris was not only sympathetic to my situation but, very confident and knowledgeable in his explanation to me of the problem. Has a lot room in the car an the trunk

The car drives well I have the 2.4 and it is fairly zippy. Little things I find annoying. The quality of the rubber on the trunk opening mechanism rotted away the key five rubber cracks and falls apart. The sheet metal is fairly thin when waxing the car I have to be particularly careful on the hood because you can dent it. The materials in the interior are not as high-quality as some cars. The car drives well on the highway cruises at 80 miles an hour easily you have to watch your speed. I get about 32 miles on the highway in Florida. In a 55 mile an hour speed limit I have seen 35 to 37 miles per gallon. The car is larger than most people think it is. People get in the backseat with the front seats all the way back and I have a Lotta room they comment on how big it is. The trunk of the car is very big. The back seats fold down nicely so you can stick things through the trunk into the back of the car , Which is very convenient when caring big obsta, Which is very convenient when caring big Objects. The driver seat and passenger seat or large and her long enough under the leg not short like some cars. Unfortunately I have back issues an the back of the seat is not quite comfortable enough for me. But most people are quite satisfied with it. I have an SE if doing it over I will get one with power seat. Traction control light keeps coming on even after the dealer fixed it I have about 63,000 miles on the car mechanically it has been very good. Even though I got a notice in the mail saying that they’re covering the main bearings in the engine to 100,000 miles. This leads me to believe there might be an issue with the 2.4 but I have not experienced a problem

Bought a truck from these guys and started having some engine issues with it. Called them up and they told me to bring it in. They ended up putting around $4,000 worth of parts and labor into it and didn't charge me a dime. I would definitely go back to them for another used car.

The only issue I’ve noticed with this car is electrical. Somtimes I’ll press the volume+ button and the Bluetooth audio starts speaking instead. Or I’ll press cruise control and it just doesn’t come on. This also happened with my previous 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Other than that I love the car.
