just want to let "Nick" in Electrical Tech dept Great Job!!!., Thanks! for finding the electrical problem with our 2014 Accent, and because of all the great service and help we received, we will keep coming back to Puente Hills Service. And also"Micah" for being on top of things and keeping me informed of my vehicle.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Offered a great selection. After looking and test driving a couple found exactly the car we wanted at an incredible price. No, up selling, additional fees or any gimmicks you find at most other dealerships. Thanks!
This review is long over due... Stopped by to inquire about an infinity, spoke with Jose Rivera and was extremely professional and polite, a true asset to California Motors Direct in Stanton! To make a long story short, he worked some magic to get me into the car I wanted! He was great to deal with and I would not hesitate to send people their way. The dealer that I have was the best one I???ve ever dealt with. He helped my family in getting our new car but he insisted that we did all the heavy lifting when really it was him. I was blessed to meet him and thankful for all the work he has done in order to get our new car. He deserves the best and I wish more people meet this fellow. I walked into the dealership and no one was on the sales floor. I was passed several times with no greeting by who I thought were salesmen since they were wearing the polo shirt with their insignia and they just went to their office. I waited for ten minutes and decided to leave. Guess they didn't want to sell me a car today.
I walked in and George asked if I needed help. I asked him what I was looking for and I found the RX350 I wanted. He made the process easy and painless. All questions answered up front. He did what he said he would do. Took my car back for the detail and my day light went out a day after purchased. THEY FIXED IT. David in service was professional and completed the work on time. I'm very happy with my experience. Ask for George in sales or David in Service.
Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I
I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.

Brought car in for oil change and check of powertrain items as 100,000 mile warranty was about to expire. I also had several questions about maintenance items that are coming up, and they were answered for me. I would come back to this dealer!
