Deal we could not refuse!

My husband and I knew it was time to start looking for another vehicle before we started having problems, especially with 233,000 miles on the car. We had a Honda Odyssey that we dearly loved and wanted another one. After looking at the used car list at several dealerships, we spotted a white Honda Odyssey at Lee Hyundai. We went to look at it on Saturday, April 23, with the idea that we are "just looking". We spotted the Honda as we pulled into the lot. When we parked, we were greeted by Dave Clark, one of the salesmen. While we were driving to the dealership, my husband and I prayed that God would give us someone with whom we could establish a trust. He so answered that prayer! It took only a few minutes to get beyond wondering if Dave was a typical "used car salesman"...those we hear about all the time. We walked out to see the Honda, but were disappointed because it did not have a lot of the features we wanted if we were going to buy another car. My husband and I wanted a GPS, remote start, rear tailgate lift by remote, in addition to the features we had on our current Honda. The Honda was not going to be the one we bought. Right beside the Honda was a Silver Santa Fe. It had almost 10,000 miles on it, all the features we wanted and more. Would you believe my seats are not only heated (leather), they are also cooled. I've tried this out and it is awesome. After talking through what we could afford, it was pretty apparent Dave had made a sale. He spent time showing us how all the features work. He set up our cell phones with the Bluetooth, showed us how to operate the GPS and how to use many of the buttons everywhere in the car. We have been back a couple of times for additional help with features. That owner's manual is just so thick! Our overall experience at Lee Hyundai was superior. Dave feels like family. I am sure that when we look for another car, this is the place we will go. Everyone we dealt with that day made us feel welcome and safe.
