I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.
My sales advisor, Bruno Reichert, was great. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a sales advisor that knows so much about cars, all makes. And he has worked there for a long time. I know he’ll be there whenever I have questions.
The facility was nice and the car choices are good. My dealer seemed distracted. They did not appear busy but he didn't seem interested in my being there. I felt I was pulling him from something more important. The prices seemed fair. I would only recommend if you want to get in buy and leave.
My overall experience at Tameron Hyundai was excellent. This was my first time shopping for a car and Shannon Cowart was a very big help. She helped me find the perfect car. The car I was interested in was located about an hour away and the general manager personally went to pick it up for me just so I could take it home that day. I was very pleased with the establishment and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. This is the 2nd vehicle my family has purchased from Tameron Hyundai and we hope to use their services again in the future.
I took my 2017 Camaro SS 1LE to Premiere for a squeaky noise coming from the back end. It took them a few days to figure out exactly what was causing the noise but they finally figured out it was a bad strut and they replaced it under warranty. Jeff was great to work with and easy to talk to. I???ll continue to do business with Premiere.
Almost fixed everything , for the most part everything I took it in for was fixed . I still have an issue with my temperature gauge malfunctioning. Got to reschedule a visit to have it checked out more thoroughly. It could also came with a courtesy wash since my car was twice as dirty when I picked it up as opposed to when I drop it off , plus it smelled like gas and oil. Other than those two issues I don???t have any other complaints. The schedule maintenance was high in price also but hey what you expect nowadays.
From the salesman to the financing it was an easy no hassle experience. I wasn???t there all day for paperwork and all the back and forth. Just quick and simple. The cars are nice and affordable. I found my daughter the perfect car with the best price!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I arrived at 1pm for scheduled appointment and was met by the service manager. Greeted with a smile and a handshake. He told me what was going to be done and how long it should take. Even though they were short handed on that day, my car was washed, repaired and returned 15 min earlier than promised. You can’t beat that for service.
