I went to Lexdan Automotive looking to buy a used truck. Jon was fantastic in helping me find the car that best fit my needs. I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. I was referred by a friend for my first vehicle I purchased at Poquet and this is my second vehicle I have purchased at Poquet. Both experiences were hassle free, efficient, courteous, professional and by far the best price. I must expound on my second experience as I informed Brett what I was looking for and he continued to update me monthly until he finally found the exact car I was looking for. What also cemented it was that even the owner, Colin called me a few times checking to see if I was still interested and that they would continue to look for the exact vehicle I wanted. In the interim, I referred a friend and he purchased a car there and Poquet send me a gift card. You won't find an easier buying experience, a lower price or a friendlier staff. I highly recommend Poquet Auto. Thank you to all the staff at Poquet.
I brought my car to the dealership after having some troubles with the car starting. I scheduled an appointment online with no problems and within 2 days of the problem. I was very nervous to bring the car in as I???ve never had a car under warranty. Jamie greeted me with with a smile and a very reassuring tone as I???m sure he could tell I was nervous. I was sent to lounge and only waited about 1.5 hours. Jamie came in and told me exactly what was done, what he would recommend gets done soon, along with estimates. My car was washed, vacuumed and heated up once I got back into it. While being reassured everything was covered by warranty, Jamie informed me there was a small problem with their system and that he couldn???t print anything at the moment. Jamie was quick to send me the printed documents to my email as well as sending it to my address. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with my trip and I feel like I will forever be a Hyundai driver. Give Jamie a raise, he deserves it!
I was going to give 1 star because My first experience with Luther Bloomington was terrible. But i met dave boogren who worked very professionally and really cared customers. Working with him was very pleasant, and i felt very respectful. I wish i met Dave Boogren first so that i did not have to go through the terrible service from Austin
I worked with both Joe and Leland when trying to buy my first car, and they were both very helpful and friendly! They made the process very easy, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the dealership! I would definitely recommend both of them for anyone buying a car!
Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
My wife and I stopped in to check out a Kona as we saw a positive rating for it. Jacob Hornstein helped us with a test drive. The car sold itself but Jacob sold us to the dealership. When I first saw Luther name I thought,???Yuck!??? as they lied to me about a car not being smoked in and were rude at one of their North Metro dealerships. Jacob changed my impression as his approach was how I like to be treated. He was not pushy, could speak to the fine details of the car and company, I felt he looked out for my interests and I trust him. When it is time to buy I am certainly going to be back as I want to give him my business. Big thanks to Jacob for making it a positive experience.
Rich, Marco and the team at Burnsville Hyundai are hands down the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient team I have ever worked with. I fell in love with the new 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate trim and they worked with me to get approved at a reasonable payment vs settling for a lower trim. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none and I would highly recommend making the effort to visit them for your next vehicle purchase!
