I took my car to the dealership to get my air conditioning fixed as 2 other people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. At first the dealership thought it was something easy but it turned out to be much more complex and took over 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me for the extra labor costs since they underestimated the amount of work it would take. Sean Foster, out service person was great. He gave me a car to use for a couple days and kept me apprised ofd going on with it my car. Excellent customer service.

After thinking about getting a new/used car for about a month, I went into Kia on a Saturday *just to look* at 2016 Optimas, and to check out the new Niro. I was disappointed to hear that the Niro arrival date was still unknown and since it was beyond my price range, it seemed pointless to drive it. I then test drove a couple of very nice Optimas, but kept seeing the Souls and was really intrigued, so I test drove one. I'm a fairly short person and the Soul was so comfortable to drive, handled really well, and had great visibility. Plus I was amazed at how much stuff fits in the back with the seats down, we had to empty out my trade-in (2013 Acadia) and it seemed to hold more than the bigger SUV. My salesman Josh was very knowledgable, friendly and attentive, he even brought us some dinner while I waited for my turn in Financing (my friend and I missed lunch). I feel Josh went out of his way to make sure I ended up in the right car for *me*, while keeping a close eye on my budget. He never tried to push anything more expensive than I could afford. I ended up with a brand new, super nice Soul+ in my favorite color, dark blue! Thank you, Josh and Kia!!

Car is stylish if you get the Sonata Sport. The chrome makes the car stand out. Fuel mileage is great. We have taken this car to St Louis, MO a roundtrip of 1900 miles and we can not complain about the comfort.

This car meets all of my needs...great gas mileage, good performance, plenty of leg room ans can seat 4 comfortably. The only complaint is the lack of a back-up camera and Nav system/touch screen display. In my opinion all cars from 2014 and newer should have these features as standard options as they are very inexpensive options. However there are plenty of aftermarket factory style plug and play options out there for about $200 so not a real loss if you are a DIY kind of person. This is my 2nd Hyundai, bought my wife a Santa Fe XL two years ago that we also love so overall the car is awesome and I'm 100% sold on Hyundai products!!

Thinking of buying a Jeep (or any Chrysler/Dodge)? I highly recommend you go to Covert and ask for Albert. Albert is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have every worked with. I buy cars on a regular basis so I get to experience a large range of sales people. First off, he knows his product inside and out - and this is important. Let's be honest, car sales is a high turnover business and sales guys don't spend a long time in one place to learn enough. Not Albert - he takes his job and product seriously. He knows the ins and outs of the car and the various models and features. Second, Albert is a no-pressure sales guy. His primary objective was to make sure I got what I wanted. I started talking to Albert in January of 2018 about the new JL after I saw it at CES. I finally bought one last week (September). So Albert stuck with me for 9 months - we spoke on a regular basis and he was patient and never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. Kudos to Albert and Covert for First class car sales. This is the way it should be. This is my second car from Covert and first one with Albert. I'm 100% sure that I will go back there for my next car and will want to work with Albert.

We didn???t leave the dealership with those cars.... I originally got a Nero and quickly decided it was not the right fit for me. In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.

I rented this car for a 3 day trip while my car was in the body shop. It was the only midsize sedan option available. I’ve had a lot of experience with Hyundai via a friend and his shop. The shop owner and his family love Hyundai for their reliability and they find them fun. I’ve driven most Hyundai’s and Kia’s as a result. This made me think this would be an ok car for trip. This Sonata is very much a base model. The 2.4L engine does an acceptable job getting the car up to speed for merging onto the highway. You don’t need to put your foot all the way in to get up to speed. That said; the power does feel lacking compared to other cars in the segment. The steering feel was surprisingly good. I keep the car in “Sport” mode the entire time for the steering feel alone. There is a nice amount of feedback when you push the car into a corner. The seats were adequate. My passenger and I never had a case of “numb bum” from the drive. The cabin is relatively quiet and comfortable. It’s no luxury vehicle by any stretch but it is well laid out and doesn’t leave you hunting for controls. The infotainment screen is lack lustre but does work. It’s a bit small compared to the basic offerings from Mazda or Honda. With the amount of real estate on the dash, fitting a larger screen shouldn’t have been a problem. The upper materials are soft touch while the lowers are hard plastic. Hyundai did a good job of hiding the hard plastics though. You likely wouldn’t even notice the difference in materials if someone didn’t point them out. The back seats have a good amount of leg room. If I had back passengers, I’m sure they wouldn’t complain. Overall, not a bad vehicle. This base model did a great job for the weekend and I would rent one again. I would even consider a better spec’d version for a daily car.

Plenty of room in the interior, both front and back . Adults can comfortably sit in back seating. I had the Sport model and loved the heated seats in the winter. I would still own this car if I hadn't been offered a great deal on a newer model.

25k dont really buy a lot of car anymore but it does with a hyundai sonata you can get one loaded up with everything thing including the kitchen sink, its fun reliable as all hell, sexy, and the warrany will out last a lot of the buyers, we have had four new hyundais now, two 2015 sonatas, a 2010 santa fe, and a 2010 tucson, all were great, but the sonatas were and still are years later the best bang for the buck, hyundai has come a loooong way and the redesign in 2015 did the trick, sonata is now giving accord and camry a run for the money.

I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! Eddie Gomez was our Delivery Manager. He and Patrick made my wife's experience getting into her new car just perfect! They even set us up with myHyndai Bluelink. Completely unexpected, this Sonata can be unlocked, engine start, Lights turned on and many other features all through our iPhone! Just absolutely love South Point Hyundai! Scott Stark, Jim Raney and Jim Hayth.....I would like to express my OUTRAGE caused by one of your employees....Tommy Gregg....I'm on my 3rd vehicle with South Point....I've NEVER had a bad experience until today....I've been bringing my vehicles in on Ladies Day for maintenance and upkeep since I got my 1st car.....before today I had NEVER been told I should make an appointment...I just knew to get to the shop early so I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting due to the ladies day special....I arrived at South Point at 6:20 a.m. on August 10, 2017.....I've been doing this since I got my 1st car....I was met by Tommy Gregg, who seemed pleasant at first, when he asked what I needed, I said I want to get my car serviced....reply....what kind of service.......I said the ladies day special oil change...he then asked me if I had an appointment.....I said no...his response was WELL I have 8 people ahead of you (WITH APPOINTMENTS) his tone and the way he was coming across put me on the defense because he made me feel as if I had done something stupid by showing up without an appointment....at that point I let him know (very abruptly) that it didn't matter about the 8 people who had appointments at 7:00, (8 people scheduled for 7:00......really) I still needed my car serviced....I went to the desk to ask if I should have scheduled an appointment and I was no but that it could cut down on my wait time.....I was really feeling as if I had done something wrong.....no one had EVER reacted in that manner before they just let me know I would be taken of and I've NEVER waited long periods of time even though I had no appointment so I couldn't figure out way his attitude came across like it stupid for me to just show up.....another customer sitting there was commenting on the fact that the service ladies weren't there today, (just making small talk) when another employee came in with big smile and a big good morning to everyone letting us know he had brought donuts....the other customer and I commented on the service ladies not being there and the gentleman simply said they weren't there any longer......this employee was standing at the door with his hand on the handle....his back was to the door and he wasn't able to see Tommy approaching the door....I was shocked at what Tommy did.....he didn't even try to make the gentleman aware that he was coming in.....he yanked the door open which caused the other employee to stumble slightly....Tommy barged in without even saying excuse me, I'm sorry are anything else for that matter.....if I thought he would just open the door like that without at least trying to let the other person know he was about to open the door....I would have said look out someones coming in .... Tommy's overall behavior was VERY RUDE......I do not wish to have ANY dealings with him in the future....he REALLY acted like he was superior to other people.....in addition to that when my car was brought to me, I didn't realize until I had left, there were greasy hand prints on my passenger door inside my car.....NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TODAY.....

I had never considered leasing before and initially rejected the suggestion but Tim Palmer laid out the benefits of leasing (including the option to buy the car at the end of the lease) vs purchasing outright (primarily, the immediate depreciation that occurs when you drive your new car off the lot). After a bit of back and forth over the options and the monthly payment, I signed up for the lease. Got home. Had a bit of a panic attack about it as I questioned my choice. I'd come in for an oil change on my 2013 Accent and ended up talking trade-in with Tim; skipped lunch and by the time the whole process was over I was a bit lightheaded and later, after a meal, the old attitude toward the idea of leasing instead of buying came up. I called the next morning and expressed my concerns. They told me they could hold the paperwork and to come down and we'd go over everything, and if I wanted to buy instead of lease the car then I would have that option. We went over everything (again) and the lease felt right to me. I appreciated that I was allowed the time to reconsider. While there are aspects with regard to the lease that differ with owning - primarily yearly mileage restraints and a greater (almost paranoid) level of attention to the condition of the vehicle (birds are my mortal enemy and I'll happily park and walk rather that squeeze into a tight space where someone might ding me) - I don't regret the choice. Besides, if I end of purchasing the car at the end of the lease, that extra attention and care will pay off. And I love my Elantra GT, so that end-of-lease purchase is likely!

my 2017 sonata performs very poor at low speeds up to about 50 mph. Also ride for any distance very uncomfortable. Seats very hard. I have purchased 2 elantras and this sonata and this one rides and performs the worst of all.

I have been looking for a new Silverado LTZ with 2WD, nicely appointed, WITH the 6.2L engine for a year and a half. I could have ordered one and waited the 60 - 90 days to have one built, but I didn't want to go that route. Capitol had 3 2017's in stock, one in my preferred color, and I was able to buy my elusive Silverado. Capitol's Internet Sales guy, Eddie Sifuentes, helped me greatly with my buying process, and suggested I get a CarMax appraisal when the first trade offer was way too low. He was able to get me $500 over the CarMax appraisal, and that got my out-of-pocket cost for the truck lowered by over $10,000! That's the kind of car salesperson I like. Eddie kept going out of his way to deliver the truck to my home, and volunteering to pick it up and take it back to the dealership next week when some dealer-installed options that were ordered come in. Marco in Finance was also very helpful, keeping his sense of humor as our transaction kept him at his desk until after 9:30 pm on a Friday night. He got everything done to wrap up the sale to our satisfaction in spite of the late hour. Thanks to the Capitol Chevrolet team - this is the second new Silverado I have purchased there, and I will keep coming back.

I have had my 2014 Jeep since August 2013 and I love it. I went in and gave them a list of what I wanted, and everything on my list was received. (Actually my 3rd Jeep Grand Cherokee.) Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. I live in New Braunfels, and appreciate that Nyle Maxwell Supercenter tries to take care of my service needs promptly, and I can schedule ahead of time. There is a large dealership in my home town, but I always come to Austin. Jonathan Kasper is great to work with, and if he isn't available I still get wonderful assistance in the Service department. 2015 Sonata Eco is a surprisingly fun car

I'm 6'5" so finding a mid size sedan that is comfortable isn't easy. This car has enough legroom for me and headroom to spare. The Sonata has 1.6 Liter Turbo so it gets very good gas mileage, but what surprised me about it is the 7 speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The dual clutch transmission is so smooth and shifts so fast the Sonata Eco is actually quicker 0-60 than the Sonata 2.0 Liter Turbo. My Sonata Eco goes 0-60 in 6.6 seconds so it's great fun to drive. It did very in winter with snow tires.
