I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.
It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.
Excellent experience, no headaches, no hassle, left with a new Crosstrek. Tylor was excellent thru the whole process, answered all our questions, no pressure whatsoever. If I'm looking for another car, I'll visit Sangera first.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
I live in San Jose but driving 500 miles round trip to get our new 2016 Honda Pilot was worth it because of Barber Honda's competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I worked with Matt Lopez, Barber Honda's Internet/Fleet Department Manager and he was able to beat the pricing of every Northern California Honda dealer by thousands of dollars. He was also very easy to deal with. He was very upfront and transparent with taxes, fees, and pricing and provided a hassle free experience. When I arrived at the dealership to buy the car it only took 1 hour from when I entered to when I left to complete all the paperwork and drive out of the dealership with my new Pilot!
