Ethan did a great job through my whole process with Hyundai. Friendly smile, courteous, and polite from the start. Always Yes Sir or No Sir when asked yes/no questions. Very detailed knowledge of the car I purchased as he was able to answer all of my questions. He was also on top of the service I needed for the extra care warranty package I purchased to get it to the car into the "detail" shop. He even went above and beyond and brought my car to me at work when finished. Excellent service. This was the first time I purchased from Hyundai of Cary, and I would consider it again in the future and would recommend to my family and friends as well.
I was tired of my 2017 Corolla and really needed something bigger. I'm pretty tall and so are my 2 kids so the Corolla was not getting the job done. I started shopping online for a bigger car and started looking and at the Hyundai Sonata vs Toyota Camry. After comparing the two it was a no brainer. The value on top of all the options I could get for the price of the Sonata with the warranty just made sense. I stopped by after work one night about 1 hour before closing. Joseph Lynch (salesman) didn't hesitate to assist me in going on a test drive. I knew exactly what I wanted which made the process a little easier (haha). After test driving the 2018 Sonata Sport, Johnny Barbaro (sales manager) worked an amazing deal so that I was able to trade out of my Corolla into the Sonata. Since It was later in the evening and I was tired, we decided that I would come back and finish my purchase on my next day off. I returned bright and early on my day off and had a smooth sales process. Joseph was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure that I knew how to work all the technology and gadgets. I finished up my deal with Kris Wilkins (finance manager). He was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. These three guys made my buying experience the best that I have ever experienced so far!!. I will recommend this dealership to anyone hands down. If you are looking to be treated well and not hassled into a deal you don't want, they will take care of you.

Our experience with this dealership was good (We also visited Sports Durst in Durham - that experience was not as good). We bought a Santa Fe and they worked with us on the price and the process was fairly easy. They matched and beat the price of all regional dealerships. They stayed late after close with us to finish the deal and were incredibly kind about it - even though it was clearly late. They even put a bow in the car and made sure we set up the bluetooth together, had a few extra accessories, had time to read the fine print on contracts, etc.
Overall 5 star rating! Everyone was friendly and the car buying process was seamless. Joe and Mark were able to find a match for exactly what I wanted in my new car. Joe was great to work with. Pressure-free, genuine and 100% looking out for the customer. Highly recommend.

I built my Hyundai online and could not find a dealer closer than Johnson Hyundai Cary North Carolina to take care of me. The people at the dealership made purchasing my 2019 Ioniq easy in spite of the distance. Willie got things started and then Michael Nyguan dealt with the details daily always answering a text promptly. Michael kept me laughing. Michael and Frank Irazziry made the actual purchase through our bank go smoothly. They arranged transportation of the vehicle to Boston with a company that kept me informed and delivered my car to me on time and in perfect condition. I started looking for a Hyundai dealer in Boston and didn't find the right one until I found Johnson Hyundai in Cary North Carolina.
This was one of my best experiences at Matthews Motors Service Department. I was very impressed with the staff who went the extra mile to take care of my car, showing me tangible evidence of my car's needs. Thank you!
