Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. The finance person ( cash deal ) insisted on going through all the extra warrenties after being informed we were not interested. Not impressed.
I am so happy that I chose to visit Gettel Hyundai of Charlotte County as it was the best car buying experience ever. My previous car buying experiences were anxious-filled and exhausting but this one was a pleasant and upbeat experience. My salesperson, Brittany, was kind, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend her for others' buying experiences. But it did not end there as the General Manager, Josh and Finance Manager, Kevin were also kind, patient and thorough and Josh worked diligently with me to make my loan payments as digestible for me as possible. Overall, it was a wonderful buying experience, and again, I would highly recommend to all my family and friends.
Our salesman, Amos Gvill, was the reason we bought at Gettel. However, the sales manager, Bobby Gacad, was less than professional. On our reuturn to the dealership at Amos’ prompting, bobby was rude and sarcastic.Amos was excellent and gracious!
I have a 2011 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra and both came from Tamiami Hyundai. Excellent sales (Rob), finance team, and service department have all been a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable and personable. No high pressure sales. Listened to what we were looking for and delivered. I will continue to buy my vehicles from them.
Got a full synthetic oil change at Tamiami . Got back to South Dakota three weeks later , put on another 5000 miles . Changed oil again , the oil level mark on dipstick was a inch and a half above the full mark. Service person must have over filled it. I will do all of my own oil changes from now on, don"t trust the competency of the mechanic that I don"t know.
We have purchased or leased a "substantial" number of vehicles over several decades. This was the best experience we have had with dealership personnel starting with the receptionist who connected us Arlington Fritz who introduced to his manager Syed Madni. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.
