It was exactly what I was looking for I love the color I love that it has dual exhaust and all-wheel drive I had a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe brand new I got 15 years out of it and traded it in for this one I've had it for 6 days now and completely satisfied with it it does everything I expect it would and my salesperson Ron Webb is a great guy I would have anybody see him he took care of every need that I had and then some went out of his way to take care of my needs very polite nice guy if anybody goes to buy a Hyundai I would suggest to go see Ron Webb the dealership itself was very good had no issues they took care of all of my problems also as soon as I went down there no waiting I hope whoever is reading this takes it seriously and have a great day
I purchased a car from Ron 8 months ago and I loved my car. Sadly I was in an accident and my car was a total loss. Ron was able to find me an upgraded version of my car for a few bucks less than I was paying for my base model.
So I sent my car into service because something had broke. The cost of the parts just weren???t worth the price and damages for how old my car was. Being stuck in a loan with my car already was stressful and with the help of Ron he was able to trade my car in and set me up with a brand new car all with reasonable payments and making sure I was happy and satisfied. I had been trying to find a new car and was stuck in a loan on a car that was too much money to fix. Due to my credit situation i was having alot of trouble finding financing. Went to empire hyundai to check out a couple used cars and they actually ended up getting me approved for a brand new car. Walked in expecting to be disappointed (again) and ended up walking out happy with my brand new car. Highly recommend if you're having trouble getting financing and all the staff, especially my salesman Ronnie, were great to deal with
I believe that Bristol Toyota does a great job of engaging potential customers without pretenses. I visited Bristol after first going to Balise in Warwick and not liking their hound dog techniques. Kerry Parkos was my sales consultant and he is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Toyota???s. He endeavors to get the full picture of the customer and find the right fit without purposefully pushing for a vehicle that???s not practical for the client just because it???s more expensive. Jonathan, the sales manager, and Jim, the financial manager, were helpful and courteous as well throughout the process. I???d definitely recommend buying from Bristol!
We recently purchased a new Hyundai from Pride Hyundai in Seekonk, Ma. For most, buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Fortunately our salesman was Roy Silveira. The meeting was a coincidence. The experience buying our new car was satisfying. Roy is the kind of person you would welcome as a neighbor. He did not pressure us, he was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and he made us feel at ease. Roy is an asset to this dealership and if you intend to shop for a new car here I would suggest that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with Roy. He met our price and we drove away happy!

I purchased a used car from this dealership. The salesman who sold me the car gave me this spiel on how he would be there for me. Well just today I went back and I approached him. I told him I was not completely happy with my experience. He said let's see what we can do about it and just walked away. AND NEVER CAME BACK. The gentleman who arranged the finance could not have been greater. He was excellent. Now he dealership claims that all their car go through rigorous inspection before they drive off the lot. Well, I guess rigorous mean, just sent it as is. Because my car had an issue that should have been apparent to them when they drove the car. Now they may have known and didn't fix it or they were oblivious to it. In which case their inspection of the car was not done, or not done properly. The guy who was going to be on my side the whole way, bailed after he got the sale. I have brought the car in two times since I bought it and both times it had to be fixed. Now these issue should have been discovered before the car was sold. But they weren't. I realize I am buy a used car but I would expect the same treatment as a person buying a new car. And not be abandoned by the very person who sold me the car. I would not recommend this dealership. But I would recommend the finance guy. He was beyond help.
I just recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, Mike S worked with me to find a card that would work for me financially and that I liked. We had already looked at a couple dealerships in RI before coming to Pride and I was impressed with their customer interactions and no hassle. Mike was very honest with us and worked with us to meet a deal that we were both happy with. I would definitely recommend pride Hyundai, for their service and great cars.
Went there for years my last vist was terrible. They must have a new service tech never rotated my tires or filled engine with anti freeze after being paid for work in these areas among other little thing that never would have happened before
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
