Hyundai was my first car when I joined the military in 2000. Got into near fatal accident Christmas Eve 2008 no airbag deployed. The front end was smashed in really bad but it still took me home on my 3 hr trip. It was atroooer so I got another one in 2015 n still again unreliable n still more recalls. Life saving recalls. Never Hyundai again.
The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.

The car has plenty of legroom and has 3 drive modes, it rides like more expensive car. We love it. I would definitely recommend the Sonata sport +.
I have owned my Fort Mill purchased Electra for about one year. I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great. Tom, my service advisor, it terrific. He always remembers me, knows my car, and provides excellent, friendly and professional service. I will continue to take my car back to Fort Mill Hyundai for service

I love the way it drives. The gas mileage is fantastic. I live in Arizona and didn't think I would use the heated seats, but we had a cold snap and man, are they nice.
We just purchased our fourth new Hyundai from Fort Mill Hyundai in nine years . George was great to work with, everyone always treats us so nice when we go there. We wouldn’t shop anyplace else. There service department is great.
Comfortable but bad steering

I just didn’t like the steering. It drove like a twenty year old car. The interior looked dated. Positives included very comfy seats. Acceleration was slow as well.
I have been going to this dealership since 2014. I bought my second Sonata a year ago. They have the best customer service in the southeast!!! George is my go to Sales Person. And the service department is top notch. David is always so accommodating and professional. Hats off to Fort Mill Hyundai dealership!

Meets all of my needs. Very sporty style and appearance. Excellent gas mileage. Extremely reliable. Great warranty. The touchscreen is easy to learn and use. Love the back-up camera.
I can always trust that Tom will be honest and make sure our car is serviced well. He is the Best. I want to continue buying Hyundai's simply because I trust the service department at Fort Mill Hyundai.

I just love this car. It’s got more room that you think. It is comfortable to ride in and drive. The back seat is spacious. The trunk is much bigger than it looks. Great gas mileage as well. And the warranty is the best one I have ever found.
We looked at no less than 2 other Hyundai dealers and Fort Mill Hyundai had the best price and the two people that made it happen over the phone, before we met anyone in person, were so helpful and gave me exactly what I needed to help my wife make a great purchase. My hats off to Cindy Maggard, and Ray Anderson. Cindy answered my wife's email just from looking at the website, she was so personable and made the experience very comfortable. When it came to numbers Ray got involved as the sales manager and even over the phone made the best deal we could get and we drove in to meet them. We walked in and they had my wife's name on a welcome board, which made her feel special, something they continued to do throughout the whole process. All the numbers were exactly as they had laid out over the phone all my wife had to do was pick the color. We met Alex Carroll to give our down payment and sign papers and he was very soft in his approach to mention other options available and was fine with our choices. No pressure at all to do anything we did not want to do. Overall this was a very good experience and would definitely buy from them again and refer my friends to them. I must mention that I'm in the car repair business so I have a great deal of experience with dealerships and they surprised even me. Well done Fort Mill Hyundai.
great car for the money

I am leasing this car now and have had it about 4 months and I have not had any problems with it and is roomy and pleasing to the eye also. Never thought I would own a Hyundai, but it was recommended to me by a friend and boy am I glad he did. Great warranty, easy lease, and great service from the dealer.
It was a pleasure working with Jamil. Not only did he take time out of his night to stay later, he didn't rush the time spent. Very professional and knows his product. I'll be recommending family and friends to this particular salesman. Thank you Jamil.

The 2018 Sonata Sport plus is the best car I've ever owned. I'm excited about driving it every day. I love the features and how it drives.

Satisfied with the car overall! Love the included 10 year, 100 thousand mile warranty! Handles and rides good! The one problem that is a little bothersome is the 6 speed transmission. It is adjusted to help with gas mileage and pickup. But when it first changes to 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear, it drops down to a very low RPM which is resonant to the car and sends a loud sound/vibration throughout the car. Asking the dealership to adjust the change points would probably lower the gas mileage or make the car jerk when changing gears. We did let the manufacture know this on a survey. So hopefully after a lot of testing at the factory on other cars, it will be changed correctly on future models and maybe an update on older ones.
I had traveled from Salisbury Md. to Wingate to visit family few weeks ago when my tire warning light came on, on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I knew of your location, upon pulling up to your service department and talking to a girl at her desk (Martina MooYoung, she was great) it was an awesome experience from that point on, even though I had to replace my tire, they also did a recall and changed my oil.
