Why you can't beat the best!

This is my 2nd purchase at Thornton Rd. Hyundai. My first purchase I was not very happy with. I felt I was pushed into a car that I did not really want and I was there so long I settled for the car out of frustration. I came back to Hyundai because of Tori. He always provides outstanding customer service. This was actually the 5th dealership I visited. I previously visited three Honda dealerships interested in trying the Civic at the 1st (which had broken AC but the dealership still insisted my mother & I test drive it on a 108 degree Sunday morning) and to purchase an HR-V as well as two Kia dealerships wanting to purchase a Kia optima. I generally do not come to a dealership to look so much as I know what I want and I would like to buy it. from color to features, i know what I want and do not want. For some strange reason, no dealership could get financing for any of these cars (which were all less than the price of the Sonata I just purchased). I was even called by Honda Carland and told to come sign for my HR-V at 10 am on a Saturday (I was called at 8:45 am by the owner and ended up missing work and had to drive from Kennesaw to Alpharetta) to only be told they have me ready to sign for a Civic (which was 1,500 less than the HR-V I wanted). When I asked to speak with the manager, he told me no one would finance me and if all I wanted was some gas, he would give me a couple of dollars and asked for my keys. Needless to say, I told him where he could put his "couple of dollars" and went to Thornton road. This time around my experience was sensational. Ryan was great. The whole staff was actually amazing and very interactive. Thank you Tori, Ryan, King, & everyone for a great buying experience and all of the jokes (they kept my frustration down!). I will see you all soon for an oil change and I promise to keep this car for longer than 6 months lol
