The service rep, Tom Furrey, was extremely polite and efficient. He explained the cost and the appropriate time needed to do the service I requested. After the service work was complete he mentioned other service work the car needed The waiting area was clean and refreshments were available. I highly recommend Ft Mill Hyundai.
I have owned my Fort Mill purchased Electra for about one year. I have always taken it back to the dealer for service and oil changes.. they mean it when they talk about customer service being so important. The guys in the service department are great. Tom, my service advisor, it terrific. He always remembers me, knows my car, and provides excellent, friendly and professional service. After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.

I am leasing this car now and have had it about 4 months and I have not had any problems with it and is roomy and pleasing to the eye also. Never thought I would own a Hyundai, but it was recommended to me by a friend and boy am I glad he did. Great warranty, easy lease, and great service from the dealer.
The employees are all so pleasant. They treat you with a smile and keep you informed of what is going on with your car.

Hyundai was my first car when I joined the military in 2000. Got into near fatal accident Christmas Eve 2008 no airbag deployed. The front end was smashed in really bad but it still took me home on my 3 hr trip. It was atroooer so I got another one in 2015 n still again unreliable n still more recalls. Life saving recalls. Never Hyundai again.
The sales team is easy to work with and seem genuinely interested in making sure you drive away with the right vehicle for your needs; not just the most expensive vehicle you can afford (like some other dealers). They're more than fair on trades and actively help you find the right combination of rebates and financing options to save you the most money. Robert and Nate are great guys to work with and made the whole lengthy process as painless as possible.
The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!

Satisfied with the car overall! Love the included 10 year, 100 thousand mile warranty! Handles and rides good! The one problem that is a little bothersome is the 6 speed transmission. It is adjusted to help with gas mileage and pickup. But when it first changes to 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear, it drops down to a very low RPM which is resonant to the car and sends a loud sound/vibration throughout the car. Asking the dealership to adjust the change points would probably lower the gas mileage or make the car jerk when changing gears. We did let the manufacture know this on a survey. So hopefully after a lot of testing at the factory on other cars, it will be changed correctly on future models and maybe an update on older ones.
I was highly impressed with our Sales Consultant Courtney Rondeau! She was very personal, professional, and knew her product well. Thanks to her, we were able to purchase the perfect car. The finance department and Head Managers Ben and Chris fought to get me a great payment. I highly recommend going to see them. LOVE MY NEW HYUNDAI!
People very knowledgeable of what they are doing. Very short wait time for the repairs to be completed, friendly staff.

I just love this car. It’s got more room that you think. It is comfortable to ride in and drive. The back seat is spacious. The trunk is much bigger than it looks. Great gas mileage as well. And the warranty is the best one I have ever found.
My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. Even though I did not buy the vehicle, I would return to Billions because of my experience with Nermin

I love the way it drives. The gas mileage is fantastic. I live in Arizona and didn't think I would use the heated seats, but we had a cold snap and man, are they nice.
I brought my car to the dealership after having some troubles with the car starting. I scheduled an appointment online with no problems and within 2 days of the problem. I was very nervous to bring the car in as I???ve never had a car under warranty. Jamie greeted me with with a smile and a very reassuring tone as I???m sure he could tell I was nervous. I was sent to lounge and only waited about 1.5 hours. Jamie came in and told me exactly what was done, what he would recommend gets done soon, along with estimates. My car was washed, vacuumed and heated up once I got back into it. While being reassured everything was covered by warranty, Jamie informed me there was a small problem with their system and that he couldn???t print anything at the moment. Jamie was quick to send me the printed documents to my email as well as sending it to my address. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with my trip and I feel like I will forever be a Hyundai driver. Give Jamie a raise, he deserves it!
Hunter Wood was our Sales Advisor. His knowledge about the 2016 Elantra proved very helpful. While on the test drive he was very patient with all our questions and had the answers we needed. Going through the purchasing process he stayed with us all the way. Everyone at Larry Miller Hyundia Peoria are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with them. We recommend them to anyone.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.
I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!
