Hi my name is Nikki I was at Off Lease Only Yesterday And I purchased my Nissan Altima 2017car.my salesperson person was Matt. He's a very nice guy very ambitious. I was between Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima car. the minute I saw Nissan Altima I was in love instantly I said sign me up the good thing that I love about Matt is the fact that he's not only a salesperson he's there to help me with what I want I went to a lot of dealership and all they care about was making the sale and pushing things on me😡 even though I didn't really like those car, but when I went to Off Lease Only I did not have that feelings he listen to my needs he listen to my concern he know I was in a budget and I wasn't planning on going over my budget and a next good thing he said to me was if you're going to get the car you have to make sure you're really like the car because you're going to be making payment for the next five to six years and when you're making that payment you have to feel good in yourself that you made the right decision don't get the car to please me get a car to please yourself because at the end of the day I want you to be happy I want you to be satisfied with the decision you make and he was right 😘. Because most sales person only care about making a sale he did not push anything on me or force me to get something that he know I wasn't comfortable with. That was very nice very, very respectful I love that I feel very happy with the decision I make I love my car and I'm going to be happy making the payment for the next 6 years because guess what it's in my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for thank you Matt for helping me make the right decision all the best. And also the finance person Robert was also great he told me about the benefit of having gap insurance and also buying additional warranty and I was pleased.

Great interior space; love the dual comfort controls, the heated seats and the heated steering wheel. Really nice to have a charging pad built right into the console for cell phones. Remote starter is now done via cell phone and an app versus a separate control on the key chain. Blue Link is provided for 3 years which included On Star.

I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!

The only things I don't like are the stero 400 watts infinity for 34000 dollars is just to cheap should have had Bose speakers at the minimum for that price and the head lights suck to can't see nothing on low beam and the fact that I had to pay someone 150 dollars for a remote start on a fully loaded car is stupid yeah sure the app on the phone is nice but it's only free for 3 years then you have to pay like a 100 dollars a year not cool

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Beautiful and Smooth

The Sonata SEL met all of my needs and more. I wanted a good performing front wheel drive vehicle with heated seats and power adjustable driver's seat. In the SEL I have heated steering wheel, dual zone air and heat, heated passenger seat, and so much more. The car handles easily and even though it is a 4 cylinder has great pick up! It will be a great car to drive.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

So far it handles quite nicely. Is roomy with nice features and am still learning how to do the media. Wish one of the cup holders was big enough for my Nalgene bottle! But they are styled really well. Would be nice if the bottle holders in doors were a bit bigger. Overall we are really happy.

Had to decide between this and a 2017 Lincoln in the end. I went with this as it had many good features. And I got it new for 1,000 less then I was going to get the Lincoln mkz for. Ideally , those two cars are different breeds, so I would have thought/ hoped that the difference in price would have been a little wider to my my decison a little easier but I'm happy

Roomy, I am 6'3(ish)" and I like to drive with the seat all the way back. It's hard for me to do that in this car because I feel like I am too far back. This is the only vehicle I have ever driven where I feel this way. There is also plenty of room for me to sit in the back seats. Again, something that rarely happens. I opted for the 2.4l in my Sonata Limited Ultimate. I am not displeased. It is a little poochy from a stop but accelerates nicely from 55mph+. I haven't explored a number of the amenities. It was simple to pair the phone but beyond that and knowing how to set the radio presets that's about as far as I have gotten. The seats are comfortable, the leather wrapped steering wheel feels nice. The LED interior lights are super bright. The headlights are also very bright. It handles beautifully, although the lane keep assist is something to get used to. Overall my only complaint is tire noise. It is louder than I think it should be and louder than my other vehicles. The only thing I can compare it to is my 2015 Ram 1500 CrewCab 4wd with All-terrain tires. The noise level is about the same. The Ram may actually be a bit quieter. I mentioned this to Hyundai in their vehicle survey and I will address it with the service dept at my dealership when I go on for service. I am thinking it is just the tires that Hyundai puts on these vehicles but I will find out.

I have been to Larry Miller Hyundai with a family friend when he purchased a new vehicle and this was the first time our family was there to purchase a new vehicle. We went on our friend???s, as well as our friend???s grandparents recommendation; however, the salesperson we requested had retired. They introduced us to Mrika Dobreci who had worked closely with the retired salesperson and not only did we feel like we had already met her but, she instantly made us feel at ease. It was the first NEW car I purchased. I got more than I expected in this car. I got the sport and it is great. I love my new car. I wish I would have bought it earlier. I only have it 1 week, but I have NO complaints or regrets.
