I had a very pleasant experience at Webb Hyundai. I was greeted at the door by Dave Cox and several hours later left with my dream car. Dave was pleasant, knowledgeable about the cars he showed me and most of all, Dave never made me uncomfortable with a hard sell attitude. Dave and the dealership worked hard to reach a price point that I was agreeable with and offered a number of perks to complete the deal. I would highly recommend Webb Hyundai and especially Dave Cox if you are interested in buying a car.

I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!
I see your sales team once but your service team often. I know that when Hector your tech is working on my car I have no problem . (Hector has been servicing my Hyundai cars for 25 years) Ryan and the rest of your service writers are very knowledgeable.
Service was great, all work performed as indicated. New dealership was clean, service personnel was attentive and courteous, yet down to earth. My only complaint would be the lack of parking available. All spots were filled up front. Other than that, I will be back!
They got me in on a Saturday with no appointment. We got an oil change and low tire pressure light was on that they fixed.We got a prompt call about a couple of other things that needed to be taken care of which they did.Very friendly and courteous staff and a big thank you to Ryan.
Came in when I got my first car from this dealer in 2012, and traded it in yesterday for a new car. After coming back 6 years later, the staff is just as incredible and easy to understand. Very forthcoming with knowledge of vehicles after giving a quick outline of your needs.
(This will sound like a commercial) Car buying always seemed like this big hassle. Seeing cars, driving cars, and being overwhelmed with understanding your contract(s). The people on board at Hawk know their stuff. They break down all information for you to easily digest and understand.
Thankfully I had a Sales Consultant there, Justin Eick, who helped me walk by some cars talk about what I wanted and needed. And he directed me into the absolute best car for me.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
