Julie was great. She had to work very hard to find my red Forester with the equipment I wanted and didn't give up until she did. She answered all my questions and reassured me that I really has a car even though it wasn't physically there yet. She showed how to work and find everything I needed to know to drive it and let me know she was always available to answer any more that arose. It was and is a very good experience.

Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. Don and Robert were awesome, both were very upfront and honest. I got a great deal on the RAM, but I also earned a couple of friends. I will go back to buy my next vehicle no doubt. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Schultz when I came in to just get a trade in estimate for my vehicle. I had been looking at the Chevy silverados crew cab on their website and found one that had all I was looking for. Jeff was very pleasant and easy to work with and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and even let me take the vehicle home with me overnight so I could drive it more...WOW! I've always had exemplary service and all work that needs to be done or that was done explained in detail. Comfortable waiting area, a couple of quiet workstations, free WiFi, and nice refreshments make waiting for my vehicle a breeze!

I brought our 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport in for its initial servicing. The customer service was top notch and I only had to wait about 30 minutes. I received a coupon for a car wash, because it was "under 20 degrees" and I learned that washing a car in such low temperatures can sometimes result in the door seals to freeze shut (if water remains), causing damage when opening the doors. It made sense, but noone ever told me that before. So good service AND useful education at the same time! And, we LOVE our Hyundai!! Even our 22 year old engineering son has exclaimed about the careful thought behind every feature.
The customer service is awesome, but Hyundai itself is making me very mad. The person I am working with is going an awesome job no complaints there. Why did I say Hyundai is making me mad you ask? This is why, my car has been sitting at the service department longer than I've owned my car. The only reason for that is because I am always waiting for parts. I have owned my car for a little over two months now, and my car has been at the service department for more than a month. On top of that, it is a brand new car, I should not be having problems with it already. I owned a 2004 Elentra for 11 years and never had a problem with. Now, I owned a 2016 Hybrid Sonata and I had more problems with it in two months than I ever did in the 11 years I owned the Elentra. I regret my purchase every day.
I brought in my 2007 Sante Fe for an oil change and recall check. Because it is an older car with over 120,000 miles, it has some identified issues. Since it would be prohibitive in cost to fix everything that needs it all at once, I appreciated the willingness of Rob Capener to work with me in deciding which issues affected my safety that could be fixed during this appointment.
Dave put a great deal of effort forth to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Jim was great at explaining all the financial details I needed to know. Melissa was very helpful with getting me the information I needed to know before coming in. I highly recommend buying a vehicle here.
