Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.
I knew exactly which Kia Niro I wanted. My local Kia dealer was not able to supply the car I was looking for, so I hunted for it online. I found Murry Kia had an exact match. It was a Sunday, but there was a REAL LIVE PERSON, Donna, on the online chat. She took my questions, and when I woke up at 6am Monday, Roger had responded via email with answers. I completed the financing application online, sent copies of my license and insurance. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up our Niro on Weds AM everything was ready. All we needed to do was sign away on the super-huge glass ipad! :) Another team member, Vince, went over car features with us and even synced our phones to the bluetooth before we left the dealership so my husband and I could talk safely between our cars on the 65 mile trip home. 90 minutes at the dealership for the entire experience - now THAT is quick and easy!
We went to Battaglia auto sales to look for a used Subaru Forester, which we knew they had several of from their website. The only time we had to look at cars was after 4pm on Friday night. Although they closed at 6, Joe Natale made us feel comfortable to test drive several Foresters, never pressuring us to rush or feel like we were keeping him. We found the perfect car, a beautiful 2010 Subaru Forester with low miles and only one owner. Joe was amazing in helping us get financing despite a tough credit situation and even made us an espresso while we were working on the deal. When we were ready to leave, Joe realized the gas was almost empty and he gave us his personal card to go fill up at the Wawa down the street. Unbelievable service!!
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a used car dealership. I cannot recommend this establishment enough and we will definitely be back next time we are looking for a car.
After going to 3 other nearby dealerships & trying to explain what I'm looking for I finally went to this place & actually got help. Admittedly I was particular but most other places didn't seem to even want my business. While here though, someone helped me FINALLY find my new 4 wheel drive vehicle Subaru. Miles are higher but the car has been running great and I left actually feeling like a valued customer. I rarely bother doing reviews but after a day of headaches this shop turned a horrible day into a good one!
This is our 3rd Hyundai and Puazza Hyundai of Limerick never disappoints. Our sales rep Tiffany Seifrit is extremely knowledgeable about EVERY auto in that dealership! The service department is exceptional too. They never perform service on your vehicle without your approval! I highly recommend this dealership.
Tiffany was absolutely awesome! Got us into exactly what we needed for our son in college. Extremely knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at and considered and made the entire buying experience very pleasant unlike most dealerships. We can???t express how highly we recommend her and the dealership. They were not pushy, difficult to work with and they moved like lightening for us. Respected that we were busy people and our time was precious. Tiffany makes you feel like your her only customer. Answered all calls, texts and emails immediately. We truly can???t say enough about the experience. We will definitely be back to see Tiffany early next year for our next new car :)

Mckayla, was a pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to buy a car. Her follow up after the sale was efficient and considerate.

They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I had an excellent experience finding a new car. Brian helped me find the perfect car (Kia Forte S) and made the process easy and stress free. The dealership is absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Once I got my new car, Brian took the time to help me sync my phone, review key features and make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Jean-Claude and Brian made the process of trading in my lease extremely easy and made transferring my information to the new car seamless. Just bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and had the best experience! Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
