Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
I’m still waiting on my vehicle to be service still didn’t get to drive it yet to get a survey yet on the car. My car salesmen never call me back abut the service on the car I had to call him.but he still never call me back to tell me about the car.still waiting but I do still have the loneners vehicle

Premier Dodge in New Orleans I-10 Service Rd provided a great new car buying experience. My dealer Harold B. was very patient with me during the buying process. The staff was courteous and professional. To the entire staff "Thank You."
They have a lot of inventory, but the automobile that I went to look at had a little more damage than I assumed it had, and the interior had a strong smoke smell. I wish I had known prior to coming to the lot. It was also a bit difficult to figure out where to park in the parking lot, and I could not figure out where the front desk was once I was inside. However, the price of the automobiles was extremely low for the mileage so I guess that is a good check and balance for the entire atmosphere.
Have purchased more than one vehicle from Premier. Shade was polite and seemed fairly new, but sincere. Was able to work a deal that I was comfortable with, but the process this time seemed to take MUCH longer with sales manager and floor manager making multiple trips into the GM's "Office". Too much back and forth wastes the customers valuable time. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase, disappointed they didn't check the tire pressure before I pulled off the lot and no manual in the car. Both were corrected quickly when I called the following business day. Not sure why they mailed the plate to trade in back to me, again causing an unnecessary waste of my time to have to go turn the plate in myself.
Jonnelle was awesome helping me get my 2012 Nissan Altima..She was very friendly to myself,husband&son..Gave all answeres to any questions we had &even chatted personal family memories with me as i test drove the car..All employes are very friendly ..Made my purchase quick & simple....Thanks Again for great experience & service....
We went in to begin shopping for a car and met with Jonnel Martin. She was so great to deal with! She was friendly and knowledgeable and did not push us or make me feel uncomfortable. When we told her we were not ready to make a decision she respected that and didn’t try to muscle us into buying. The next day she made a friendly follow up call and we ended up buying that night. I am incredibly happy with the vehicle and strongly recommend asking for Jonnel if you are looking for a car.
This was my first experience with Honda of Slidell, and it was a positive one. The general atmosphere of the dealership seemed very friendly. I worked with Joshua Vides through the main part of sales process, and I was happy that he did not subject me to a high-pressure type of sales style. He was very personable, patient, and easy to work with, so I would recommend those in the market for a vehicle to give him an opportunity to earn their business. While there, I also interacted with Daniel Mortenson and Arthur Warning, who were involved in the sales and finance processes, respectively. They rounded out my experience with the same friendliness and no-pressure approach as Joshua. I would recommend a visit to Honda of Slidell.
Traded in one car and bought Toyota Highlander Limited from Troy, excellent car, excellent experience and excellent service. Highly recommended! Would go again next time!
