I have owned for 2 years now. Been reliable and great fuel mileage. Lots of room and good acceleration. Good price and great warranty for the hybrid battery.
After talking with the internet to test ride car was supposed to be ready and gassed up it took a half hour to get the car and there was no gas in it but after that the sales people or very cordial and friendly and the overall experience was okay I went back the next day for an issue with the car and was not happy with the treatment I received

RECENTLY test drove a Sonata Hybrid and was very impressed with the base model ride quality and interior comfort . The back seat is one of the roomiest I have ever sat in and I'm 6'1".
Scotty Raul is polite, honest and low key. Very happy with him. He kept his promises. Everything was great will be back when time again definitely recommend

The car is great to drive and own. It has a lot of advanced technology and timeless styling. However, it was an expensive car to purchase and being a Hyundai/Kia product, it loses a lot of it’s resale value. And, without a hefty down-payment, it’s possible to end up in an upside-down loan the moment you accept delivery.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.

I live this hybrid's gas mileage and range. It's not the most efficient hybrid but it's good enough for my long daily commute. It's also not too small like the more efficient hybrids.
