Great service on my GM product

I have recently had a problem with a backfire like noise from my Buick LaCrosse. The local Buick dealer had my car for nine (9) days and had no clue as to how to fix the problem. Being a GM product I thought I would try Martin Chevy. Ralph Stalesky, Assistant Service Manager, was very willing to try to help me. This problem had gone on for several months. Ralph and the service tech determined that I needed a new exhaust system. Ralph worked with GM to warranty the exhaust saving me several hundred dollars. The car was washed and ready to go. No more backfires. It was an excellent experience and I will be sure to let all my friends know about how Ralph and Martin Chevy treated me.
