Dependable SUV. Ride is a little stiff but that’s not an issue. Handles well with some nice features. I bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Tucson. This was a good choice from a reputable dealer. Price was right. I’d recommend this vehicle without reservation.

I was really excited the new Apex location was open. But I was also worried with the store being new there would be some challenges but I was wrong. I called and set an appointment with a guy named Steve. He was awesome, very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. He said the car would be ready when I arrived just check in at the front desk. The car was exactly what I was looking for, the buying process was quick and easy with no pressure to buy and I did not have to haggle over price! If you are in the market for a preowned I would definitely recommend you check them out. I love my new (to me ) corolla.

Evidently, Johnson Hyundai has decided as a corporate culture to zag away from the dominate and bully tactics typical of car dealerships and try something completely novel to the car industry??? niceness. Matt and Mark were not only incredibly nice, they were also smart, hardworking, and responsive. After an informative and satisfying test drive (ask Matt about the ???special??? road), I new that I wanted the car. The negotiation process took 15 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly. No haggling. No bullying. No verbal arm wrestling for hours. We got to the price I was happy with in 15 minutes! Unfortunately, they didn???t have the particular color I wanted in stock, and said that they would have to approach other dealerships in the region. I shared with Matt earlier in the process that our only car had died that weekend. After I paid the securing fee for the new out-of-stock car (which later was applied to my downpayment), Matt volunteered a loner car free of charge. The particular color and trim package combo I wanted was tough to find. The JH team contacted several dealerships in the southeast over a week and a half period. Matt kept me updated via texts on a bi-daily basis. Things looked grim for a few days. But the JH team pulled out all the stops* and secured the car from a mostly unwilling dealership in Georgia. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car, they had it waiting for me at the front door, fully detailed with a giant red bow on top. The final deal and paperwork was a breeze with no surprises. I???m now a happy owner of car that has all of the bells and whistles of its German rivals at 2/3rds the cost. If you want to be bullied, abused, and taken advantage of during the car purchase process, I strongly recommend that you avoid Matt, Mark, and the Johnson Hyundai team. *The actual story of how they secured my new car is quite funny and a testament to their smarts and cleverness. However, out of respect for their trade secrets, I can???t share any details. :-)

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I've been burned by used car dealers. I also have a "boomer" uncle who sold used cars from the 70's - 90's. I counted the seconds before the bait-and-switch. I even abandoned a conversation with Andre b/c I did not get my question answered before he asked for my t-phone number. Still, I went in to check out the two trucks I wanted to investigate. Andre hooked me up with Sam Isaac. First, Sam listened - what I wanted and what I didn't. When I asked about 2 trucks and became interested in a 3rd, he brought back the third key and a cup of cold water. I appreciated the kindness. Second - he didn't hover. I took notes, crawled under the vehicle, compared internet notes and snapped pics of items of interest. He let me take my time and popped in / out as I did my homework. "What do I need to do to earn your business?" can be translated to 'where can I focus my sales skills to wear you down'. He really meant it. He brought over the finance guy who brought out several documents that were indicative of transparency. I had already downloaded some of these docs and they were the same. I began to relax because ...truth. The obligatory extended warranty discussion was held. And it was a discussion...he extolled benefits. I explained my rationale to refuse. He smiled and said, "It's my job to ask." And with a wink, he was gone. I had a 70% chance of returning the vehicle within the 5 days b/c I had a trick up my sleeve. I was going to the dealership and they were going to take 2 hours tearing into the truck and list all the problems that were be hidden. You would not BELIEVE what they found! Nothing. Nada. It was exactly what they said it was. I was so impressed that I went back to Sam and told him how much I appreciated my treatment, his honesty, and the transparency across the board. I gladly shared my story with Kevin Condon b/c as the manager, he needs to hear the good, the bad, and the WTH? I was met again with the same transparency and graciousness. Maybe I'm just a lucky SOB. Or maybe they are what they say they are. I think you should go in and find out for yourself. I'm already recommending them to my co-workers and friends.

I love my Tuscan, I have 0 complaints about it. It’s perfect for my small family, great in gas, & comfortable ride. All the options we have in our Tuscan you can’t get in another car of equal value, you’d have to spend $70-80k on one. I highly recommend a Hyundai Tuscan to anyone.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great long distance car. Very comfortable and with the optional Ultimate package it has as much tech and safety as cars twice it's price! Haven't had an issue with it yet in 20,000 miles.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I couldn't be happier with my Tuscon. It is comfortable, with lots of room in the back seat, and a decent sized trunk. Although it only has a 2.0 liter engine, it performs well thanks to the 6 speed gear box. I love that I can shift gears by hand, if desired. I have a very steep downhill I go down daily. I can easily shift to 2nd or 3rd, and save wear and tear on my brakes. I almost always drive in economy mode, which gives me good mileage. I average around 23 mpg in the city. The sound system is good, and the bluetooth link to my phone works easily and well. I am a happy camper.

Brian Brooks handled my 2015 Soul and the problem I was (and unfortunately still am) having with it as if it was his own. He listened attentively as he documented the idle start/stop issue my car has been having and kept me updated regularly as Kia tried to fix It. As I mentioned, the problem is not resolved and I will have to bring the car back to Kia. I trust that Brian and the Fred Anderson crew will do all they can to resolve it. However, I'm starting to lose faith in the Kia brand due to this on-going issue. I've bought pre-owned vehicles for many years. This Soul is the first new car I have bought in a long time. Sadly, it has spent more time in service than any of the preowned cars I've had.
