Dependable SUV. Ride is a little stiff but that’s not an issue. Handles well with some nice features. I bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Tucson. This was a good choice from a reputable dealer. Price was right. I’d recommend this vehicle without reservation.

My wife and I took our cars into Vandergriff Chevrolet for scheduled maintenance. On arrival we where greeted by Scott with a smile, a handshake, and a "How have you guys been?" Quickly Brandon came out with a smile and a "Good to see you today. What can I do today?" He had our information and the cars were swept away for service. We were escorted to the waiting area where we met by the courtesy drivers with a smile and very friendly conversation on how we were doing. We settled down with fresh coffee and a package of mini-donuts and the morning paper. Service was fast and we were greeted with what had been done, etc. and the costs. We were out and on the way home in about an hour. I also looked at the 2017 Corvettes - good looking machines, but I'll keep my 2016 modified Z51.

About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall.

A very enjoyable experience a Lute Riley Honda. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. This is a very hi-tech car that is absolutely beautiful in styling and design. Definitely the smoothest ride we have ever experienced. This car has it all and to top it off, it gets 48 miles to the gallon. Most likely will be named Car of the Year. Our salesman was Ricky Bobby Hawksley and he was extremely knowledgeable of all the Honda cars as well as other brand named cars. No pressure here at all! My Chev Impala recently needed the ignition cylinder replaced. While there, diagnostics were run, and determined 3 other issues that truly needed to be repaired. Curtis Shell, Jr. carefully and understandably explained the issues, needed repairs, and costs. He was very helpful, always available by either dealer phone or his cell, and responded quickly. I was provided a brand new, full-size SUV to drive while my vehicle was in for repairs. Curtis walked me around the vehicle, explained functions, and just asked that I bring it back with a full tank of gas. When I arrived to pickup my car, Curtis walked me to the front desk. Sadly, I cannot remember the name of the very nice woman who checked me out; she was fairly new, and her name is not listed in the list below. Curtis asked for the invoice, went through it line by line (but quickly), and then passed the baton to his colleague. She quickly checked me out, and I was ready to go. At that time, Melva Walton, the other Front Desk person, asked if I would complete a review. This has been a great experience, and I'm happy to do so. I'm also pleased to know that I have a dealer within 2-3 miles of my work where I can go for future Chev needs. Thank you!! I rate Curtis, Melva, and the other Front Desk person all EXCELLENT! When my husband and I are ready to replace this vehicle, Huffines WILL be one place we definitely will look.

Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

While in Plano for ASA GOLD NATIONALS softball tournament in July my tires and rims were stolen off my 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI at the team hotel during the overnight hrs. After being awakened by Plano Police dept at 4:30 am , I googled nearest GMC dealerships Ewings was the closest spoke to a gentleman named Jim Bearden , explained my situation about being from Ohio and needing to be home by Monday he assured me he would take care of situation. He more than handled the situation. Had a tow truck enroute with spare tires and rims to tow back to dealership-located rims-kept me updated-sent courtesy car to pick me up when truck was finished-less than 12 hrs after theft occurred-didn't miss a single inning of my daughter's game that day. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Overall, I liked it. Exterior styling is great. Interior noise level slightly higher than I like. Hyundai has dropped the Turbo but reason why is unclear. 7 speed transmission sounds very economical.

Simply put, Hiley Hyundai of Forth Worth had the right car at the right price for a car for my son. Good enough deal to fly from New York State to Fort Worth Texas to get it. But that is a small part of the story. Dealt with Rodney, he made the transaction as simple as possible. He picked me up at the airport, flight was delayed 2 hours, he checked on my flight and called me to confirm delay before I could even call him. Drove to dealership, car was as EXACTLY as described. Signed paperwork and was on my way. He checked on us 3 times as we drove back to New York to make sure our journey was going as planned. Car performed flawlessly, temp outside was 100+ degrees, no issues. I have purchased cars out-of-state 7 times or more, have dealt with some honest folks all over the country. Rodney was the best. My son loves the car. Next time I need a car, I will look here first and give Rodney a call.

This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. I understand these are Vandergriff's interpretation of the laws of Texas, but I suspect Vandergriff is too strict and probably not justified in their interpretation... Otherwise, Vandergriff has been in business a long time and has a good reputation in this area. ( I bought a new car from them in 1958.) I visited two other dealers in my area, both of which were nearer to my home, and Vandergriff offered me the best deal. I am satisfied.

Joe Vasquez did a great job for us. (I was purchasing a car, but my daughter was with me, too.) He listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want in a vehicle. He was patient as we crunched numbers. It was a two day experience, but that was all me deciding what I wanted to do. Of all the dealerships along I-20 in Arlington, Texas; this is the very best Dealership!! From the receptionist on the phone, to finance to service and everyone in between. I have purchased, leased and owned many cars in my day, so this was truly a great experience.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Okay giving them a five star because of Alex in the used car department and tommy in finance. Previously we where dealing with Hollis and basically it was like Dealing with a kid. Now the way I shop is thinking if I get a car it's an investment, and I want to give my money to someone that earned it. Hollis was nothing but rude. He's in a professional environment where you deal with customers on a day to day basics instead of finding a solution for our problem he did a run around and blamed everyone but himself. My husband was trying to be nice and joke around with him but he just seemed too bitter and rushy. Finally Alex jumped in found the solution. Tommy helped us close the deal and we went home with a car! I'll recommend this dealership but only go Alex and Tommy. They actually look out for you and your interest. Rico the manager was helpful !

I couldn't be happier with my Tuscon. It is comfortable, with lots of room in the back seat, and a decent sized trunk. Although it only has a 2.0 liter engine, it performs well thanks to the 6 speed gear box. I love that I can shift gears by hand, if desired. I have a very steep downhill I go down daily. I can easily shift to 2nd or 3rd, and save wear and tear on my brakes. I almost always drive in economy mode, which gives me good mileage. I average around 23 mpg in the city. The sound system is good, and the bluetooth link to my phone works easily and well. I am a happy camper.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My 2016 Tuscon was extremely well cared for. I love the comfortable drive and am happy with my purchase. It's currently averaging 27 mpg. Not bad considering I do many short, in-town drives.
