I am not an avid online review writer however, I feel compelled to provide my customer experience at Keyes Hyundai. From the onset, my wife and I were treated with respect and compassion. On our first visit we arrived 6pm on Sunday evening not knowing exactly what we were looking for and were met in the parking lot by George (Aru). George was very knowledgeable about the product, something we assume all salespeople are which is not always true. We talked about what was important to us in a vehicle and whether we want to buy or lease. Leasing was a new concept to us, having never leased before. George patiently sat with us and explained the details of leasing versus buying. Upon learning from us that we were planning to move shortly (i.e. get pre-approved for a mortgage) George did the unthinkable (I certainly hope this doesn't get him in trouble), he told us to go home and focus on getting situated with our home loan first and then come back to see him. Huh? You see, George is in the relationship building business; he is not there to simply sell you a car, something the other car salespeople should take note of! Fast forward a few weeks, my wife and I decided to postpone our new home purchase and focus on leasing a new vehicle. We spent an entire Saturday shopping at various dealerships. The specific dealerships I will not mention because this review is about George and Keyes Hyundai but we looked at Toyota, Chevrolet, Kia and GMC. We narrowed our decision down to either a Chevrolet Tahoe or Hyundai Santa Fe (I know different classes of vehicles but we had our reasons). On day two of our car shopping torture, we went back to see George at Keyes Hyundai to discuss details on leasing a Santa Fe. Again, we sat with George and at one point Eddie (Fefer) regarding lease details and vehicle options. At no point during the discussion did we feel pressured into anything. As a matter of fact, we left the dealership and actually decided to purchase the Chevrolet Tahoe. This obviously didn???t happen otherwise I would be writing a different review. Let's simply say our customer experience was not same at ANY of the other dealerships we visited. The salespeople and sale managers were all concerned about one thing - selling cars. Granted that is their job but I believe they are missing one simple trait - compassion. In the long run treating people with respect and compassion, you will earn a customer for life. At around 8pm on Sunday evening I went back to Keyes Hyundai for a third time to finalize the deal. George had already left for the evening but came back to see me through the process. In about 45-50 minutes we inked a deal for the lease of a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Brooke (Faber) in finance was fantastic. Again NO PRESSURE to buy or upgrade although we did talk about various options. So now it's after 9pm on Sunday evening and I now have the task of getting two vehicles home (my new leased vehicle and the vehicle I drove to the dealership with). George was waiting for me outside with my new Santa Fe and volunteered to follow me home to drop the vehicle off. Wow...just another example of great customer experience. Thank you George, Eddie and Brooke for making the leasing process painless and truly top notch. I HIGHLY recommend Keyes Hyundai if you are looking for an honest, respectful and compassionate experience, I know my wife and I will be back.

Dependable SUV. Ride is a little stiff but that’s not an issue. Handles well with some nice features. I bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Tucson. This was a good choice from a reputable dealer. Price was right. I’d recommend this vehicle without reservation.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. We live in San Diego but test drove a Hyundai Tucson at Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys with Bobby Hooker while visiting family. Pre-Owned, low mileage, clean, decent price. Liked the ride. We went back home. Saw on Keyes website they reduced the price $3000. So we expressed our interest via email and negotiated what we considered a fair price with Matthew Ahroni in Internet Sales. He agreed to hold the vehicle for us (with a down payment) until Thanksgiving, as we would be back up in LA. We appreciated that. The purchasing experience with Matthew and Steve Chung in financing was pretty easy. There was no pressure or surprises regarding add ons or price hikes. The price was the price. We financed through Hyundai as Steve beat the credit union loan rate we were going to use for the same term. The whole process took a couple of hours and I drove our nice, clean 2015 Tucson off the lot. Overall, a good experience with Keyes Hyundai.

My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.

This being online only,i was a bit wary, but they ave a huge inventry and great prices. i did't feel like haggling with a typical dealer, so decided to do it from my couch. I had a wonderful experience! Every person I spoke with emailed or chatted with was extremely informed and provided precise info and/or was very fast to pass me along to the most appropriate person to answer. The speed of follow-up was refreshing. I asked Alfonso and Alex to go above & beyond the norm. doing investigative work trying to dig up Jeep modification information from prior dealer that I needed for qualifying the extended warranty. I would (and have) raved about my experience and would gladly recommend VROOM. They managed to bring the often lost human factor into the indifferent world of online shopping while maintaining the efficiency!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I am beyond thankful I came across DCH Gardena Honda. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a car, specifically a Honda Accord, when I began searching in early June. Long story short--I went to multiple dealerships, did my research through multiple avenues, test drove, and got incredible quotes. Unfortunately I was not given proper attention at any of the other dealerships I went to and was even told to pretend I'm color blind to settle for a car I didn't want. I knew exactly what I wanted and found that this car might not exist. I then reached outside my local area to give DCH Gardena Honda a call & salesman Kent Argue ended up answering my call. Their website said they had the exact car I was looking for & I asked him if they truly had it on their lot, & I let him know I have done my due-diligence in research, calling dealerships, visiting them, & getting quotes. I let him know what the best offer I received was & he told me he'd do what he could. I got a call back within two minutes & I was prepared for him to say they didn't have the car anymore (which I had been told from other dealerships as well). Instead Kent called me back with an even better price for the EXACT car I wanted & I told him I'd be there in an hour. Gardena isn't especially close to me so he wanted to make sure it would absolutely be there for me when I got there, & it was. When we got there all of the salesman at DCH Gardena Honda were SO nice and none of them made me feel like I was about to get swindled. All of the other dealerships we went to would leave us feeling disgusted. Not the case here at all. All of the salesmen & women we came across were so nice & very hospitable. Kent is THE BEST! He was literally the first salesman to talk to ME. He also talked to my husband, but he acknowledged that this car was for me & I was going to be the one making the decisions on this car. Respect goes such a long way. Kent not only has respect but he is also so kind & patient, makes sure your experience is as stress free as possible, & that we leave with exactly what we came there for. Which we absolutely did. I left the dealership that day with my beautiful car, a personal demonstration of everything inside my car by Kent with a walk through of every feature on the car's wheel & dash. He provided us with his cell & told us to contact him about anything & everything I needed even after leaving the dealership. Unfortunately a few days later we saw some "rail dust" on the paint of my white car (we've never owned a white car & after doing some research realized that this is common on all cars, but especially visible on white cars). However since this was a new car to me, we reached out to Kent & asked him what they can do about this. I ended up driving my car back to Gardena where Kent looked at the car, saw the "rail dust," got the manager's approval to get the car to detail where they attempted to get the rail dust removed. I was there for a little while, enjoyed the leather seats, TV, & was checked on & updated by Kent on the constant. I checked the car out 2 or 3 times & wasn't content with the results just yet, so they said the only way they & I would be happy with the results is if they do a clay bar treatment. Because this would take around 4 hours Kent personally drove me to Enterprise to get me a rental car for a day & come back. I came back the next day to find Kent personally buffing out my car. He told me he had been buffing out the last details personally for the last hour. It looked GREAT! Ultimately Kent is amazing & I couldn't be happier with our purchase from DCH Gardena Honda. I recommend you ask for Kent!

After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

Overall, I liked it. Exterior styling is great. Interior noise level slightly higher than I like. Hyundai has dropped the Turbo but reason why is unclear. 7 speed transmission sounds very economical.

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I financed through Carvana, very easy process. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.

This is a great and best car. The only problem I have is that all the hard plastic keeps falling without being hit or anything. When taken to the dealer. They do not budge thus have the change to keep the car looking great. Every part when coming to changing cost arm and leg.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love my Tuscan, I have 0 complaints about it. It’s perfect for my small family, great in gas, & comfortable ride. All the options we have in our Tuscan you can’t get in another car of equal value, you’d have to spend $70-80k on one. I highly recommend a Hyundai Tuscan to anyone.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I was in need of a used car. Obviously everyone wants to get a great deal so in order to do that the typical procedure would be to start scanning used car ads, the internet, calling dealers, looking through the newspaper, etc.. It was by accident that I found Carvana and I am so glad that I did. This time, I could go "used car shopping" completely from home and I could examine every car available, of which there were many, many cars, and I could look at the outside, the inside, the details of the outside and inside, the reports on the car- knowing what type of service has been done-accidents-anything, and then go through each and every feature that the car has. Being able to do this from home on my time and at my pace made the "looking for the car" simple, fun, and rewarding. Then, after finding the ideal vehicle for me, it was such a simple, easy, and actually fun process to put the car on hold, get all the paperwork in, and then have the vehicle delivered to my home. In the past I would have made two or three trips to a dealership and then spent HOURS going over paperwork, plus I would have had to endure the inevitable offers the finance manager would try to sell me when I finally got to sign papers. NONE of that happened with Carvana. I found the vehicle I wanted, put it on hold, filled out the paperwork and emailed it in, and the car was delivered to my home!! It was a fantastic experience!! Ordering a car off the internet was as easy as ordering a pair of pants! The best part was there was ABSOLUTELY NO RISK! Carvana gave me 7 days to drive the car, look it over, have it checked, whatever I wanted to do to be sure it was what I wanted and that I liked it before I actually owned it. If, for any reason, I decided I didn't want this car I could have Carvana pick it up no questions asked. If I had found a different car that I liked better, no problem. Carvana would let me change to a different car. After I decided to keep the car, Carvana provided an additional warranty at no charge so Carvana took all of the worry about purchasing a vehicle. During the time prior to taking delivery, I called Carvana a few times as I am one who asks a lot of questions and EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED, CARVANA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE FABULOUS!! THEY WORKED AS HARD TO ASSIST ME AS THEY WOULD HAVE FOR THEIR OWN FAMILY!! In my 66 years on this planet, I've dealt with many kinds of people and I can tell you without any hesitation that Carvana is doing everything they could possibly do as a company to make sure their customers are satisfied and have an excellent experience. I can tell you that my experience was definitely excellent and I already have highly recommended them, and will continue to recommend them in the future. If and when my next car purchase occurs, I'll be calling Carvana!!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I had my doubts about buying a car online for sure. I only considered it because I had a friend who used Carvana, and I trusted them. The price was better than anything we found shopping around locally, and the FEES were almost non-existent in comparison! At a local dealer, the price was almost $2K more than the listed price on the car. For Carvana, it was only the necessary tax and tags. I was FLOORED with the price. So great. The process was easy, the customer service was fabulous, the price was amazing, my car was delivered TO. MY. HOUSE. for free, and I will definitely do this again. If I had to pick something to change, I guess I would like more still photos of the car instead of just the 5 or so. The virtual tour of the car was cool, but more pictures of the inside would've been fun. I will definitely recommend shopping with Carvana to friends.

I couldn't be happier with my Tuscon. It is comfortable, with lots of room in the back seat, and a decent sized trunk. Although it only has a 2.0 liter engine, it performs well thanks to the 6 speed gear box. I love that I can shift gears by hand, if desired. I have a very steep downhill I go down daily. I can easily shift to 2nd or 3rd, and save wear and tear on my brakes. I almost always drive in economy mode, which gives me good mileage. I average around 23 mpg in the city. The sound system is good, and the bluetooth link to my phone works easily and well. I am a happy camper.

CARVANA REVIEW I???ve owned many cars in my life and through each of the purchases I???ve had to suffer the long waits and unneeded up sell at conventional dealerships as they???ve tried to tack on more than I needed to my final price. . So when Carvana launched, I was skeptical but I decided to give them a try. I knew I wouldn't be ready to purchase until late summer, but started the search early. . My requirements were very narrow when it came to the make, model, transmission, AWD, model year, mileage and maximum price. . Every week I was sent email matches that allowed me to do research, fill out a minimum of forms, and make buying decisions at my leisure and on my schedule ??? even if that was in the middle of the night. Taking delivery, arranging payment and confirming the final purchase online was amazingly efficient. The copilot app and both the email and text updates kept me informed of the progress if my purchase/transaction every step of the way. . The final buying exchange, including all the paperwork but minus my extended test drive, took only five minutes. All the Carvana swag was also a nice touch. To round out the experience, my delivery driver/closing agent was punctual, incredibly polite. He made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable before leaving my home. . I had such a blast driving my car I forgot to call within the seven day test period to make a swap. I'm just kidding of course I'm keeping my Nissan Juke! A big shout out to my delivery agent Mahlik and the entire team at Carvana. .
