I have owned several Hyundai cars beginning with the accent, so every time I'm looking to upgrad my Hyundai. The reason I choose southpoint was because we have been bringing our other hyundai cars there for service. Your service department has been beyond reproach, especially Gilbert the service manager (I think). But anyway his name is Gilbert in the service department. He has integrity, very professional & honest. He has been nothing but fair when quoting car repairs and then following up during and in between and after the work has been done. Gilbert is a true professional and a great asset to Southpoint Hyundai. The other person I would like to mention is Thomas the young man who helped me with my purchase. I first met Thomas through the online system, because that's where I started my search, there was no doubt in my mind that my car was going to be bought at Southpoint Hyundai, it was just a matter of what color Sonata I wanted. I'm a no nonsense person, I don't won't nobody telling me what I want & trying to sell me something. Thomas was respectful from the first phone call until the last. He listened and did what I asked, so my experience was wonderful with him. I would recommend anybody I know looking for a car to go to Southpoint and go see Thomas. If y'all give bonuses then you need to give Thomas a bonus, and if you don't give a bonus then you need to! Car salesmen have bad reputations, but you all can be proud of Thomas, he is a wonderful young man. The next person is Sonny the finance guy, he is a 'Hoot" and I mean that with the utmost respect. When buying a car the finance part is the hardest. Sonny did this part with me effortlessly, there was "NO" stress during this process. Did I get the interest rate and payment I wanted, NO. That is not from Sonny not trying to do the best of me. But Sonny did the best he could with what he had to work with, Me(55357)(56842). So I'm very grateful for that. The other person was Joe the finance guy who wrapped up my deal, he was thorough and professional. At the end of the day the only complaint I have is that I got no credit for the work that I had done on my old Elantra a few months prior to me my buying my new car. Although I mentioned it to Thomas & Sonny during my process, I never got an answer as to if they would give me some credit. The timing belt was replaced on my other Hyundai. However at the end of the day, Hyundai is a great car, and Southpoint is the best! Oh yea did I mention that I drive an hour to get to Southpoint, when there are several Hyundai dealers where I live and pass several Hyundai dealers on my way to Southpoint, but its worth the drive to get the kind of service Southpoint has. This was hands down the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new car! We secured a pre-approved loan from Capital One and I reached out to Patrick Reeb. We found a 2017 Sonata Limited at a great price. Over $6K in savings due to currently owning a Sonata and me being a US Army Veteran. Patrick set us up with Finance Manager, John Freeland. I'd told Patrick I wasn't interested in any additional items, i.e. Extended Warranty, GAP, etc... John was very respectful of my request. He simply asked me a few questions and for my own benefit offered us a 10 yr/100K mile Bumper to Bumper warranty that added a few dollars a month to my payment. Peace of Mind is one of the reasons why we've just purchased our 3rd Hyundai and this warranty at the price he offered us was just the right thing to put our peace of mind at the max! Eddie Gomez was our Delivery Manager. He and Patrick made my wife's experience getting into her new car just perfect! They even set us up with myHyndai Bluelink. Completely unexpected, this Sonata can be unlocked, engine start, Lights turned on and many other features all through our iPhone! Just absolutely love South Point Hyundai! We could've chosen any other Hyundai dealership, I am so glad we chose to return to Patrick and his supporting cast! In & out in less than an hour! Scott Stark, Jim Raney and Jim Hayth.....I would like to express my OUTRAGE caused by one of your employees....Tommy Gregg....I'm on my 3rd vehicle with South Point....I've NEVER had a bad experience until today....I've been bringing my vehicles in on Ladies Day for maintenance and upkeep since I got my 1st car.....before today I had NEVER been told I should make an appointment...I just knew to get to the shop early so I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting due to the ladies day special....I arrived at South Point at 6:20 a.m. on August 10, 2017.....I've been doing this since I got my 1st car....I was met by Tommy Gregg, who seemed pleasant at first, when he asked what I needed, I said I want to get my car serviced....reply....what kind of service.......I said the ladies day special oil change...he then asked me if I had an appointment.....I said no...his response was WELL I have 8 people ahead of you (WITH APPOINTMENTS) his tone and the way he was coming across put me on the defense because he made me feel as if I had done something stupid by showing up without an appointment....at that point I let him know (very abruptly) that it didn't matter about the 8 people who had appointments at 7:00, (8 people scheduled for 7:00......really) I still needed my car serviced....I went to the desk to ask if I should have scheduled an appointment and I was no but that it could cut down on my wait time.....I was really feeling as if I had done something wrong.....no one had EVER reacted in that manner before they just let me know I would be taken of and I've NEVER waited long periods of time even though I had no appointment so I couldn't figure out way his attitude came across like it stupid for me to just show up.....another customer sitting there was commenting on the fact that the service ladies weren't there today, (just making small talk) when another employee came in with big smile and a big good morning to everyone letting us know he had brought donuts....the other customer and I commented on the service ladies not being there and the gentleman simply said they weren't there any longer......this employee was standing at the door with his hand on the handle....his back was to the door and he wasn't able to see Tommy approaching the door....I was shocked at what Tommy did.....he didn't even try to make the gentleman aware that he was coming in.....he yanked the door open which caused the other employee to stumble slightly....Tommy barged in without even saying excuse me, I'm sorry are anything else for that matter.....if I thought he would just open the door like that without at least trying to let the other person know he was about to open the door....I would have said look out someones coming in .... Tommy's overall behavior was VERY RUDE......I do not wish to have ANY dealings with him in the future....he REALLY acted like he was superior to other people.....in addition to that when my car was brought to me, I didn't realize until I had left, there were greasy hand prints on my passenger door inside my car.....NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TODAY.....

I had never considered leasing before and initially rejected the suggestion but Tim Palmer laid out the benefits of leasing (including the option to buy the car at the end of the lease) vs purchasing outright (primarily, the immediate depreciation that occurs when you drive your new car off the lot). After a bit of back and forth over the options and the monthly payment, I signed up for the lease. Got home. Had a bit of a panic attack about it as I questioned my choice. I'd come in for an oil change on my 2013 Accent and ended up talking trade-in with Tim; skipped lunch and by the time the whole process was over I was a bit lightheaded and later, after a meal, the old attitude toward the idea of leasing instead of buying came up. I called the next morning and expressed my concerns. They told me they could hold the paperwork and to come down and we'd go over everything, and if I wanted to buy instead of lease the car then I would have that option. We went over everything (again) and the lease felt right to me. I appreciated that I was allowed the time to reconsider. While there are aspects with regard to the lease that differ with owning - primarily yearly mileage restraints and a greater (almost paranoid) level of attention to the condition of the vehicle (birds are my mortal enemy and I'll happily park and walk rather that squeeze into a tight space where someone might ding me) - I don't regret the choice. Besides, if I end of purchasing the car at the end of the lease, that extra attention and care will pay off. And I love my Elantra GT, so that end-of-lease purchase is likely!

This is a very nice SUV with leather and heated/cooled seats. It handles curves and turns well. All the extras are easy to access and add to the luxury feel. Seats have plenty of adjustment options and there’s lots of leg room. My only complaints are it’s need for better shock absorbers also the gas pedal when inching through traffic. It sputters and acts like it might die, giving a shudder as you try to inch forward.

In April, 2017, I shopped for a new truck in Austin, TX, reviewing Toyota, Ford, Chevy and Dodge offerings . The Charles Maund Toyota sales team was by far the best. Veronica Sifuentes was just excellent as the point sales person. She listened to me to understand my needs/wants and then matched me with Toyota's best/most appropriate product (2017 Tundra). Unusually strong sales skills/talent, very easy to work with and followed up on everything. The sales experience was much better than anticipated, with no pressure, honest negotiations, reasonable give and take, and a very efficient sales close process. An interesting note: While talking with Ford, I mentioned I was trading in an old Toyota Tundra and shopping for a new "best" truck. Their sales guy said "Hmmm, most Toyota owners buy another Toyota truck, because they so enjoyed their prior one." Absolutely true, and after reviewing/driving the top 4 truck brands - I bought another Toyota Tundra. My last one was the best truck I've ever owned, with no significant repairs needed in 9 years of ownership. Currently, Ford F150 gets better gas mileage, Chevy Silverado has more tech inside, Dodge Ram is kind of pretty, but the Toyota Tundra is the most reliable, has the best repair record, is safer and will haul you out of the ditch every time - no sweat. The truck is just awesome - buy one and you will not regret it.

If you want amazing customer service, and a great deal, this is the dealership to go to. I bought a midsize vehicle, and was extremely impressed with the price, financing options, and overall experience. I bought the extended warranty that was rolled into my payments, and they tossed in a set of new tires for a discounted price. The used vehicle I bought, seemed like I was driving a brand new suv off the lot. I didn’t feel any pressure from any member of the staff, and was able to make my own decisions. The staff that helped me offered me more money for my F250 than any other dealership within 100 miles, and I even received money back, and the rest was put as a down payment. Financial status doesn’t matter here. Whether you are the CEO of a huge cooperation or barely make ends meet, youaughter bought an suv here, and several other friends have gone and bought cars. Great experience!

KP Kirkpatrick in the Service Department is one of the best Service Consultants I have had the pleasure to work with. He handled everything for me from the smallest details to the bigger issues regarding what needed to be done in getting my Prius back on the road. My platinum warranty (I had purchased at Charles Maund) was good advice (from Adam Barker who sold me my car and the warranty) because it paid for itself on this single repair!! KP even arranged my rental car saving me time and energy by doing so. KP called me twice over a period of 3 days keeping me informed on the progress of my car???s repair. He made all the arrangements in locking down the insurance adjuster???s day and time of arrival as well. When I picked up the car on the 3rd day (morning) it had been raining all night and into the morning. When I received my Prius I saw that they had gone to the trouble of washing the car. Even though it might begin raining again at any moment. But the rain had stopped and I drove away fully washed, a $0 payment for all the work they had completed, (around $2,400), rental care gone and I was on my way. I know this is quite a long letter, but I have purchased many, many cars over the past 49 years. And when a dealership goes that ???extra mile??? to prove they are the best, not by saying it, but to litterly prove by their service that indeed talk the talk, and walk the walk, people need to hear such experiences from the customers. KP Kirkpatrick, my service consultant is the best. No need to worry, he???ll take care of you. He also has a great attitude, and sense of humor that is always welcomed. Am I satisfied with Charles Maunds service? You bet I am!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! This car has great legroom and is excellent for toting around plenty of items and people. I use the car primarily for commuting long distances in both the city and on the highway. The vehicle handles well and the car's electronic features (rearview camera, dashboard display, etc.) are very beneficial.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! I live in Denver Colorado, my very senior Mother lives outside of the Austin area. Mom was in the market for her next new vehicle and had decided on a New Hyundai Santa Fe. I worked with Kevin from First TX Honda when I started inquiring about a specific car in Aug 2018. Two other area dealerships contacted me as well but stopped. Kevin was following up with calls and emails monthly letting me know their deals which caught my eye. He did not get to the point of annoying. Very responsive and gave me answers right away on what I was going to pay for my car plus TTL. With that info against other dealerships, I could negotiate until my husband and I were ready to buy a car this month (Nov). Kevin wasn???t too pushy, very friendly & professional and was definitely patient with us. He didn???t give up on us at all. We are very happy with our purchase of a 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. I was closely working with another dealership during the time of negotiation going back & forth and almost left where we previously bought our older car but First TX won out. They gave us exactly what we wanted and literally came down to color & mileage. Mike Broderick, the Team Lead, was great too and definitely gives great sales pitches!! Charlie Baldwin has a great, positive attitude and glad we ended the night there at Finance. Laid back and relates to people. We appreciate you First TX for staying late & having great attitudes all around. Customer service is top-notch!!

I took my car to the dealership to get my air conditioning fixed as 2 other people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. At first the dealership thought it was something easy but it turned out to be much more complex and took over 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me for the extra labor costs since they underestimated the amount of work it would take. Sean Foster, out service person was great. He gave me a car to use for a couple days and kept me apprised ofd going on with it my car. Excellent customer service.

Dependable SUV. Ride is a little stiff but that’s not an issue. Handles well with some nice features. I bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Tucson. This was a good choice from a reputable dealer. Price was right. I’d recommend this vehicle without reservation.
