I didn't buy from this dealership (it is over 300 miles away from home) but my interactions were very friendly, without pressure and very professional. They also sell Hyundai cars that are hard to find without a markup unlike nearly all Hyundai dealers I found. If you are in SoCal and looking for a Hyundai I would start here.
Hunter Wood was our Sales Advisor. His knowledge about the 2016 Elantra proved very helpful. While on the test drive he was very patient with all our questions and had the answers we needed. After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!

Everything and everyone at this dealership was awesome, I never felt like I was being pressured or forced to make a decision. They were very patient with me, and even when I got back to the finance department there were no tricks up their sleeve???s or hidden costs, perfect car buying experience definitely going to be my first stop next time I need a vehicle
The sales associate, Blake, made the process easy, and while buying a car is never enjoyable, relatively painless. Flow's approach to selling cars seems to be to allow knowledgeable sales associates guide you through a no-pressure process. Highly recommend them.
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
I had sent them a message asking about a car on Sunday evening. On Monday, the salesman -- I wish I had kept his email so I could name him specifically -- called my husband and followed up with an email to me apologizing that the car had been sold Saturday. To me, that is truly customer service. Even though I'm in Michigan, if I see another car from here, I would still consider the drive to get it.
without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
